Ahhh! Good old JP Morgan Chase!

Their CEO, Jaimie Dimon is being touted as the next Treasury Secretary.

Amazing coincidences now before us.

The big bullion banks have been shorting both gold and silver for years now. They tend to meet all upward movement with big time selling thereby keeping the prices much lower than they otherwise would be. When they short gold and silver, somebody is on the other side thinking they have bought the right to buy the metal at a certain price.

A HUGE percentage of the existing HUGE short position has been put on by.... ta daaa... JP Morgan Chase. These promises to deliver have accumulated over quite a long time, many at much lower prices. How on earth is JP Morgan Chase going to meet all those obligations that they are still adding on to?

They, being very well connected in government circles, probably don't think they will have to cough up that silver... ever. A little rule changing will do the trick, won't it?

Especially if Jaimie become treasury secretary they will have no worries. Not that they do anyway. But remember how well Goldman Sachs has been treated while their former CEO was Treasury Secretary.
