WNW 186-Senate Gets To Approve Iran Deal, Russia Sends Air Defense to Iran, Middle East Chaos Continues

4By Greg Hunter’s USAWatchdog.com

Congress is going to get a say in the upcoming deal to curtail Iran’s nuclear program.  Congress has a veto proof majority they will require the President to allow Congress to give its approval.  Just this weekend, the President said that the “GOP had overstepped in foreign affairs” according to the AP.  Of course, that is preposterous; and, meanwhile, the AP continues to push the idea of a so-called “emerging deal.”  There is no deal, and with Congress now involved, there is going to be no deal.  You simply cannot have Iran calling the Obama Administration liars and have a deal or an “emerging deal.”   I think the Iranians heard the President announce his framework at the White House, and it totally conflicted what was said at the actual negotiating table.  Thus, the Iranians were outraged.  The Senate will require gradual lifting of sanctions and inspections, and the Iranians say those are deal breakers.  So, there is not going to be a deal.  This is all kabuki theater and nothing more.

You want more of a confirmation there is not going to be a deal to curtail Iran’s nuke program?  Look no further than Russia stopping it’s nearly 5 year ban on selling Iran a sophisticated air defense system.  If there was going to be a deal, why would there be an urgent need for an air defense system.  Please, also remember that Russia and Iran signed a military pact earlier this year.  I am sure that the Russians need money with the sanctions and falling oil price, and Iran can provide that as it has lots of cash.  This is very troubling because will there be a race to strike Iran before this new air defense system arrives?  Who knows?

Meanwhile, the rest of the Middle East seems to be descending into chaos.  In Yemen, it looks like al-Qaeda is gaining the upper hand over the Houthi rebels.  Both groups are considered to be terrorists.   Al-Qaeda is Sunni Muslim, and Houthi are Shia Muslim which are backed by Iran.  It looks like the bombing campaign by the Saudis is taking its toll.  Isn’t this a losing proposition no matter who is victorious?  Either way, a terror group is going to end up controlling a major strategic spot in the world.  Yemen is in the gateway to the Suez Canal.

In Iraq, the pendulum is swinging back in favor of ISIS.  A few weeks ago, Iraq military, along with a militia force partial to Iran, delivered a blow in Tikrit, and this week, ISIS is on the verge of controlling Ramadi, a key Iraqi city.  There is no end in sight.  The only prediction I can offer is more bloodshed and chaos in the foreseeable future.  The longer this goes on, the more unstable the Middle East will get.

Adding to the instability are reports that Iran is “ramping up” arming Hezbollah and Hamas in order for Iran to fight a proxy war against Israel.  The Golan Heights on the Israeli/Syrian border is a key target, and more fighting is anticipated in the south from Hamas.

Greece continues to be the canary in the EU coal mine, and so far, it is hanging on.  But its leaders say Greece is now in its own “Great Depression.”  Greece wants a major debt cut, and the rest of the heavily indebted European countries will want the same deal.  If it gets a debt cut or if it does not, the outcome is going to be the same, and that is an implosion of EU banks and the 10’s of trillions of derivatives propping them up.

The news is not much better on this side of the pond.  The so-called recovery is nonexistent, and there was more bad news out this week.  Housing starts are down and did not rebound with warmer weather as predicted.  Also, unemployment ticked up.  Economist John Williams at Shadowstats.com says housing and retail sales locked in first quarter contractions.  Williams calculates that retail sales fell a whopping 5% in the first quarter of this year.  How’s that for a recovery?

Christine Lagarde and all her numerology talk about the number 7 seems to be an indication that “the powers that be” know all too well that it’s not only Greece that can’t pay back its debt … but a host of other countries including the US that can never pay back their debt … so is Lagarde preparing us for a Debt Jubilee as the only solution … which is supposedly coming “on the 10th of July” in the 50th year (I’m not exactly sure how TPTB calculate this 50th year but it is probably very very near) …

“And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years. Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land. And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubilee unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession” …

Now if such a Jubilee (re-set) is being planned because it is the only way out of debt for all the world’s nations and all its people … then shouldn’t we be going into “more debt” like governments are doing? … if governments are going to use a debt Jubilee (re-set or massive inflation) to bail themselves out … doesn’t it make sense that the re-set contemplated “will not make previous debts just as expensive” in the coming new currency re-set (because it would defeat the whole purpose of having a re-set to eliminate government debt in the first place) … so what I’m getting at is this … why not buy some gold and silver on your credit card? … Then when the debt Jubilee or currency re-set or massive inflation reduces or eliminates your debts … you are left with some very valuable precious metal … I can’t figure out where am I going wrong with this reasoning?? … For isn’t Congress trying to tell me something by recently removing the debt ceiling on our Nations Debt??

As reported in the Financial Times … Greece is closer to default as the International Monetary Fund all but ruled out allowing a delay in repaying the 1 billion euros due next month … IMF chief Christine Lagarde said “delaying the payments would be an unprecedented action that would only make the situation worse … payment delays have not been granted by the board of the IMF in the last 30 years.”
If the US doesn’t come to the rescue and give Greece the money … Greece will have to leave the eurozone … to the delight of Russia who will then likely get themselves another warm water port in the Mediterranean Sea.

      • frank

There had been strange rumors about the origin of the money ( I prefer the term ‘currency’) Greece had payed back this time. It doesn’t add up with their current budget, their socialist-style announcements about financial matters, and their open admission to be broke. Assume “some large banks” just gave it to them behind our backs, only to be immediately returned in the open, claimed to be a dept redemption. Nothing than a big Kabuki theater for the hoi polloi. The EU cannot allow to let Greece go now, whatever it takes, or else it collapses too early. Even if it requires a dead president/finance minister, surprise terrorist attack, or war …

    • paul

You know with China scheduled to reveal to the IMF and the world exactly how much gold it has in reserve “on July 7, 2015” … and the bible scheduling the Jubilee for “July 10” … and Rickard’s sounding the warning all over the internet that such a revelation on “July 10″by China could collapse the US dollar … and Lagarde saying Greece won’t get any help in “July” and all her numerology talk about the number 7 “the seventh month being July” …

So what do some of you Watchdogers think about me buying some precious metal on my credit card on “July 1st” to take advantage of any Jubilee or re-set on “July 10th” … and if nothing happens … just sell the gold and pay the credit card off before the end of the month … what say you? (the only risk being a major downward fluctuation in the gold price).

        Paul,
The # 1 Rule for Buying Gold.
        NEVER BUY GOLD ON CREDIT.
Physical Gold is the only Asset you can buy that is not encumbered. (I am not talking about Fine Art and Other Collectables out of the reach of 99%).
You defeat the whole purpose of buying it if you follow your logic.
Also …you cannot forecast what decisions are made with regard to debt …only make assumptions. That is a very dangerous game and a certain road to financial ruin.
Follow the “KISS” principle. No disrespect.
        Best
        SIG 😉

        • Siggy Engle

I say go for it, Paul. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!
Buy on ebay and use your credit card. I get a 1% rebate everytime I use my Visa.

      • Galaxy 500

Most companies that sell gold wouldn’t get it to you before your end date. Thinks its a bad plan for obvious reasons.

        • paul

Oh boy! … looks like the banks are now beginning to “shut down credit” to people … is this to stop people brazen enough to buy gold on their credit cards? … no, the reason they say is because they are having a liquidity crisis … you know … like the Fed all of a sudden developed a sprained finger … and can’t type up a few trillion on its computers for these banks.
When governments through their central banks can print zillions of dollars out of thin air … to pay for their over bloated budgets, new bombers, new wars, etc., etc. … how in the world can they also run into a “liquidity crisis”??? http://www.gordontlong.com/Articles/art-2015-04-A-Macro_Insights-Shutting_Down_Lending.htm

          • paul

The only reason for “liquidity problems” to be developing is because “out right QE” is not being engaged in by the Fed (because of a broken finger?) … but now there must be a massive derivatives melt-down going on “behind the scenes” … so the Fed is being forced to engage in a massive reverse repo operation (out of public view) … to prevent the global financial system from collapsing … a massive reverse REPO injecting Treasuries into the global banking system … is very inflationary … so watch gold and silver for confirmation that this crisis is a real big one! … and if so … A Derivatives Melt-Down Has Begun!

            • paul

Gold over $1350 and silver over $18.50 should be all the confirmation we need to say with pretty reasonable certainty A Derivatives Melt-Down Has Begun … what we don’t know yet … is if the Fed’s reverse REPO will be sufficient to stem a complete global financial system meltdown.
It may now be too late to buy gold and silver (what ever you have under your mattress right now may be it) … especially if banks begin to close down on Monday in a start of a Global Banking Holiday and Re-set!

            • Silence is Golden

              Paul,

Interesting part of that commentary was that the IMF are now concerned about “LIQUIDITY” too……. this is after Mark Carney stated the term “Liquidity Illusion ” in his G20 address to finance ministers and CB Governors….back in Feb 15.
The IMF is the mouthpiece of the Elites and this now is in the MSM. Consider that a DIRE WARNING of what is about to unfold.

Paul. To quote Tom Landry x coach of the Dallas Cowboys ” If you look for miracle plays they seldom happen.”

      • Terry

Paul, Your idea has some risk beyond a major drop in price. Selling at the spot price, you would lose whatever premium and shipping you may have paid. Most “buyers” want to give spot price, period. Selling eagles at spot would be a sure loser. You would pay the largest premiums possible using a credit card. What if you suffered a hardship and and could not pay the balance? Massive interest.
Not to mention but you are also creating a roadmap for the IRS to your hoard of gold. If you have ACA health ins and thought you qualified for the “subsidy” [they make you estimate your next years income so you know it won’t be accurate] they will audit you and they WILL have your credit card activity along with banking. This is what the 18,000 new auditors are for along with many thousands more “helpers” in the IRS. To document precisely what you have, property wise. Why? To disqualify you for any subsidy for insurance and pave the way for your eventual application for Medicaid. Research the “Medicaid Estate Recovery Program” signed into law by Bill Clinton in 1993 and it will become clear why “Medicaid expansion” is so important to obamacare and the progressive communists now ruling our country. Quite simply, they want everyone on single payer Medicaid. Medicaid takes your property. That is their plan. Massive redistibution. Sorry heirs.
It will soon become clear to every formerly hard working American that the “smart” ones in this society appear to earn 15,000 a year or less and seem to have very little or any property. That includes your little gold hoard. Believe me, they wanted to know where my double amputee, diabetic, kidney failure, heart failure brothers 1987 Dodge Caravan was. [It had been towed by the city of Omaha from his driveway because his plates expired while he was in the hospital]
That is the “progressive” plan. One by one, every person in this country will have a personal calamity that pits him against the medical or tax collecting industry[now one and the same] that will make it the simplest thing to do is just give up and hope you have some assets hidden from the commies.
Paul, your plan is about as short range as they come. Hey, it might work if the stars all align, but remember, the progressive left is progressing towards communism and they are playing the long game.
My old man wasn’t much good in my life but he gave two pieces of advice that turned out not to be total BS. 1. Use Listerine every day and your teeth won’t fall out. 2. Rat hole your money and pretend you’re broke.
Sorry Greg, this is getting long. But the wise man, the powerful man that this country needs now and in the future will have assets and weapons and mobility. He will not be on the radar in any unusual way. He will teach and help his neighbors. He will trust in God. He may be a hermit in the brush or a city council member or a police officer. Whatever station in life, he must be ready to defend Freedom and have the means to do it. Those men and women that do not fit this description will be the chaff of the world.

        • Terry

“assets, weapons and mobility” The 3 things the government is hell bent to deny you.

      • Emeth

Paul, there is no good evidence of – “the bible scheduling the Jubilee for “July 10″
To establish the Biblical Jubilee, one would need to build an accurate chronology from the days of Moses till now, find the beginning of the Sabbath year and Jubilee cycles, then carry forward the cyclical calculation. I tried to do it a couple of decades ago, but it is really difficult to be definitive.
Historically, we can establish the Sabbath year cycles in the Bible (Jer.34:8 etc) and from pre-Christian literature, but the Jubilee cycle is lost to history. Those who are suggesting the coming year is a Jubilee are establishing it upon the principle of correlation, as apposed to firm evidence. In other words, if they are right then it is the result of a good guess … not something I would bank on.

    • Jerry

      Paul.
You are dead on target. Congress removed the debt ceiling because they know there’s nothing they can do to stop the collapse from coming. All they can dos is kick the can down the road and buy more time. The problem is they’ve run out of road, and the time is about up.

It’s time for Greece to get creative in shielding assets from EU creditors. For example, it has just been reported that Russia will pay 3-5 billion euros to the Greek government “in exchange for a gas pipeline deal”. See http://www.dw.de/athens-eyes-billions-worth-of-russian-gas-cash/a-18391264
The Greeks could direct these funds, for example, into accounts in Russian banks dedicated for the payment of Greek salaries and pensions. There the funds could be held in trust for these purposes in the name of a Russian trustee, and so be kept out of the reach of Greece’s EU creditors.

    • NC Gal

      Paul,

You have mixed your calendars. The Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) is on the tenth day of the seventh month of the Hebrew calendar, not the Gregorian calendar. This year it begins at sunset on September 22, 2015.

The Jubilee you refer to cancelled out all debt and I just don’t think that’s what LaGarde, the IMF, or the elites intend to do. They might replace one system with another, but I think they will continue to take all they can from the rest of us and hang on to every bit of power they have.

Greg, I’m going to sound very foolish to you, I believe there will be a “deal”, albeit a very bad deal. The reason for this is that Obama & Company will start selling their “deal or war” marketing plan, thereby scaring the the pants off Congress & the American people. I predict that the MSM will go on full court press with the dangers of “WAR” with Iran, turning the popular opinion to side with Obama and lift the sanctions and or whatever Iran’s demands. There simply isn’t enough Neo-con Main Street Media sources to combat the vast majority of Obama now, Obama forever outlets. Fox News Network can’t stand up in media exposure & pure numbers that Obama & Company can launch against the Neo-cons. In the next 60 days or so the “Deal or War” media will
blitz not only the American Press but Europe’s press also will take over the “bad deal is better than war” banner over there & overlap with that blitz here as well. Congress, if you really look closely, excepting for the basic few, hasn’t the stomach to bomb Iran either. So, in my humble opinion, there will be a “deal”, Iran will make overtures of being a little bit contrite thereby opening the door at the last minute to close the deal allowing Congress to swallow the pill. Obama will swagger up to the podium in the Rose Garden and announce it, a few Republicats, aka neo-cons, will be behind him clapping, thereby leaving Iran free to continue their caliphate, terrorism & nuclear weapons capabilities unabated. In closing, never underestimate the power of the liberal media & the West’s appeasement mentality bloodline, its genetic & generational.

Unfortunately, I think we all know that Israel is faced with this decision concerning Iran: war now or war later with an even better prepared enemy. I have some US Israeli’s we do some business with and they are currently back in Israel, desperately trying to get their families into the US. Sad times for the world and for our western civilization.

    • paul

War now … or war later … the result will be the same … Russia will support Iran … so the question really is … a war with Russia now … or a war with Russia later ! … In Israel’s and its peoples best interest the Israeli leadership should avoid provoking a war with Russia … the US is scared to hell Israel may actually go off the handle and bomb Iran … so the US response has been to move away from Israel … so it can renege on coming to Israel’s aid … if a war between Iran and Russia is started.

Greg, good job. According to John Paul Jackson, each nation in the middle east will fall one by one to extreme Islam, including Saudi Arabia. Though I’m very cautious about believing what any humans may say or prophecy, its part of the Holy Spirits ministry to reveal things to come. I believe John Paul was Christian and was sound in most all doctrine. At least, based on my understanding of scripture. Even though, I believe the time of Jacobs trouble is old testament words for the tribulation period, and I believe in pretrib rapture. I don’t want to shut the door on some one like John Paul. Iran will be involved in the Magog war and is already radical and I just seen Russia sent defense jets there, so they perceive Iran will be attacked. What I believe most people are missing that write here is, the foremost thing we should do is to draw near to God. Pray for our leaders and nation, as we wisely prepare. Get a hold of God, and let him direct us. God will prove himself faithful and give us wisdom, if we judge ourselves and pray. If any doesn’t know God, we can only know him by knowing his son. We have to turn to God in repentance. The Holy Spirit convicts us of our sin nature, that we were born with and points us to Christ sacrificial death, as the answer. So I plead with all who may see this, to come and be reconciled to God, by the death of his son. For he made him to be sin for us, who new know sin, that we might be made the righteous of God in HIM. God commended his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for the ungodly. We first an foremost must know God, and the only way we can is to except Gods testimony of his sons sacrificial death, and trust it, realizing its the only way we can exscape judgment.

When and by who is it OK to say the president is a liar?
We heard you can keep your doctor – was that a lie and can we call him a liar?

Is it different than if a president or leader of a country calls the president a liar?

Why is it that there seems to be a difference here?

Seems to me if the president lies to anyone it is a serious problem.

150 cops for 300 residents: the Michigan town running ‘pay-to-play’ policing

The Guardian; Tom Dart in Houston 5 hrs ago

Oakley, Michigan, is not a hotbed of crime. But if that should change, it seems well placed to cope, because the village is believed to have a police force numbering almost 150 people, or one officer for every two residents.
One, Robert James Ritchie, does not live in Oakley. A Detroit-area native better known as the rapper Kid Rock, he applied to join the village’s small army of reserve police officers, according to an attorney, along with many prominent Michigan professionals and businesspeople and a football player for the Miami Dolphins.
“A small blip on the map, the little village of Oakley, with less than 300 residents, has got dozens and dozens of no-show secret police officers,” said Philip Ellison, a lawyer who is representing the family who own Oakley’s tavern in lawsuits attempting to force transparency from village leaders about the scheme.
Ellison said the singer was one of the names on a document released to him which he is not allowed to make public in full.
“None of the reservists, with the exception of one, live within an hour and a half of the village of Oakley,” said Ellison. He and others say the police force is in effect running a “pay to play” scheme with parallels to the controversy in Tulsa, Oklahoma that erupted after a wealthy white 73-year-old reserve deputy with close links to the sheriff shot dead a black man during a botched sting operation after apparently mistaking his gun for his Taser. Your boss may be a copper and you’ll never know; SEE BELOW

This Michigan town might be on to something … how about deputizing “all” the male citizens in America (about half the population) … with almost “everyone a police officer” who are the police going to use SWAT teams, tanks and tasers against?

    Hi Greg,

A great WNW again as usual. When the MSM finally wakes up and starts to report how terrible the economy is really doing, I believe we will see a crash that will make 2008-09 look like a picnic. Something as simple as China announcing today that they intend to change how the regulate margin trades was enough to send the DOW down 300 points.

When the government runs out of lies to tell the people and everyone realizes what is really going on, look out. Everyone who calls the likes of John Williams, Peter Schiff, and the majority of your other guest nuts will have no choice other than to acknowledge that they were right yet again, just as they were in 2008-09.

Please keep up the great work.

    Greg
I was thinking the same thing as Paul but I dont have the stuff to do it. I still want to pay off the rood over my head. Trouble is the bail-in may arrive before the debt reset so holders of dollars lose both ways.
The subject came up today about ISIS south of the border from a neighbor. He had lots of scary third hand he said, she said comments too. I suggest you look into the validity of these reports from a reliable source next week. It is not ISIS that worrys me but if they are there they are coming accross the border at will a few at a time. So where are they going? What kind of government would not attack them right now!!!!? Would they arrest some dufus wherever they just arrested and let the dangerous peope go?

    • paul

If a re-set comes later then July as some are now questioning (that July is really September on the old calender???) my quick in and out credit card/gold buying plan will not work as expected … however when the re-set does occur the truth won’t change … holders of dollars will lose … while holders of debt and precious metals will win.

  22. John

We need another JFK or Ronald Reagan. Someone who will draw a line in the dirt and back it up with hellfire if necessary. The Congress, regardless of political bent, would bow to his leadership as they have Obama’s. The media would whine but when all the smoke clears the fact is they don’t determine policy. With God’s help we need a president who stands in stark contrast to Obama, Jeb Bush, or Hillary Clinton. The rest of the world would once again have respect for us, because they only respect brute force. This current president needs to escorted out of his office for his lying, treasonous behavior. Greg, I think you are spot on in your assessment of why Iran basically called Obama a liar- because he is. There are no telling how many other lies are in the works. He actually thought Iranian officials would be diplomatic and not call him out. I admire them for their integrity if not much else. Are we in trouble or what?

    • Nomad

What we need is “lost generation” leaders to step up.
In midlife, Nomads mellow into pragmatic and savvy leaders during a Crisis. Middle-aged Nomads make the personal sacrifices for the good of society that their elder Prophets weren’t willing to make during the Unraveling. The Nomads’ cunning and survival instincts make them well-suited to lead during a Fourth Turning. Many of America’s most memorable military, government, and business leaders were scrappy midlife Nomads (e.g. Generals Patton and Grant).

Nomads reach elderhood during a High. To compensate for the excessively risky decisions they made as young adults, aging Nomads shun risk and demand conformism from their peer group and especially from younger generations.

The Nomad’s main societal contributions are liberty, survival, and honor. Nomad generations have produced America’s greatest entrepreneurs and industrialists (Andrew Carnegie, Jeff Bezos), satirists (Mark Twain, Jon Stewart), and generals (Dwight Eisenhower, George Patton, George Washington). Nomad Generations include: Cavalier Generation (1618–1647), Liberty Generation (1724–1741), Gilded Generation (1822–1842), Lost Generation (1883–1900), Generation X (1961-1981).

Turning points in our nation’s political history, occasioned by the collapse of an existing civic and political consensus, have usually been accompanied by rampant individualism, weakened institutions, and heightened levels of political alienation. On these scores Xers are playing out their historic role remarkably well. But such periods of civic unrest have also stimulated new political agendas, which eventually force one or both parties to remake themselves around new priorities and coalitions. Could the Generation X political agenda serve as the basis of America’s next political consensus?

Balanced-budget populism, social investment, no-nonsense pragmatism, and shared sacrifice could resonate quite strongly with Americans of all ages—particularly the increasing number who are fed up with conventional politics. What is more, the Xer synthesis of a middle-class economic agenda with a moderate social one could remake the powerful alliance between progressives and populists that dominated national politics (and brought widespread upward mobility) from the 1930s to 1960s, when it was ripped apart by the cultural upheaval of the Baby Boom. In practical terms this new politics—based on fiscal prudence, economic populism, family-friendly morality, social investment, campaign reform, environmental conservation, and technological innovation—could eventually take hold in either of the major parties, both of which are now searching for a coherent agenda and a lasting voter base. For Democrats it could mark a return to the party’s New Deal roots, and for Republicans it could give substance to heretofore vague calls for a “compassionate conservatism.”

Because Paul summed it up pretty good don’t ya thunk and it’s the only place you can see it, besides if Stan was convicted i’m sure he served his time in the clink! If you do the crime you gotta do the time!

Wal-Mart suddenly closed 5 stores and laid off thousands of workers and no one knows why.

Business Insider [email protected] (Hayley Peterson)

Wal-Mart suddenly closed five stores in four states Monday for alleged plumbing problems.

The closures could last up to six months and affect roughly 2,200 workers in Texas, California, Oklahoma and Florida, CNN Money reports.

Wal-Mart employees say they were completely blindsided by the news, having been notified only a couple hours before the stores closed at 7 p.m. Monday.

“Everybody just panicked and started crying,” Venanzi Luna, a manager at a Pico Rivera, California store, told CNN Money.

All workers will recieve paid leave for two months. After that, full-time workers could become eligible for severance, according to CNN Money. But part-time workers will be on their own.

Local officials and employees have questioned Wal-Mart’s reasoning for the closures.

According to ABC News, “no plumbing permits have been pulled in any of the five cities where the stores were suddenly closed for at least six months.”

A city official in Pico Rivera, California confirmed to CBS Los Angeles that the city has not recieved any permit requests for building repairs.

In Midland, Texas, where another store was closed, a city official told ABC News that his plumbing inspector was turned away when he visited the store and offered to help secure construction permits.

We reached out to Wal-Mart for comment and will update when we hear back.

A spokesman told Consumerist that Wal-Mart had not secured permits “because we have yet to know the full extent of the work that needs to be done. We may also have to do additional upgrades that may require additional permits.”

Some employees believe that the stores were closed because of worker protests for higher pay.

Employees of the the Pico Rivera store were among the first to hold Black Friday protests in 2012.

“This is the first store that went on strike,” an employee told CBS Los Angeles. “This is the first store in demanding changes for Walmart.”

Bob Lamb I think you might be right, the world does not revolve around America England, or for that matter Russia China Iran Iraq and so on. They are game players, while they think they are front and center, in God’s eyes they are nothing more than utensils to be used in bringing Israel back to her senses.
Presently Israel is without God, only in the sense that as a nation she has left Yahweh/Jehovah.
Nations that are presently secretly planning to attack her do so with God allowing such.
      Please read Psalms chapter 83
Nothing happens to Israel without God allowing it.
The world at present for the most part is oblivious to this,
Israel in due course, will rise to the Glory of God !!
While for the present, many may doubt such an outcome,at a time not yet known to man,we shall all see the power and Glory of God and be amazed. I personally long for that day.
      God Bless.

Apparently Porter was right about a stock trade but a month off and the court went bonkers! The investment industry totally sided with him. The court refused to budge and wanted a million and a half in restitution. Sounds like we are all fraudsters then, Galaxy man! Now if these judges would look into a few banksters they know, they just might get a few for not only fraud but, downright thievery and murder, don’t ya thunk Gal.!

    Zecheriah 12
2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
3 ¶And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
4 In that day, saith the Lord, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.

  26. Bob Lamb

Zecheriah 12:6 ¶In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.

    • paul

If Israel becomes like Esau and bombs Iran bringing in Russia to Iran’s aid … sure as hell a nuclear war will ensue … and according to Obadiah 1:18 NIV … the house of Jacob will become fire … the house of Joseph flame … the house of Esau stubble … they will all be set on fire and consumed … there will be no survivors … so speaketh the LORD … and what of the eternal covenant? … has God annulled his everlasting covenant with the Jewish people? … not according to the latest interpretation of Christian supersessionism … No … God has not annulled his everlasting covenant with the Jewish people … but an aggressive Esau must not represent Israel … Israel must be supplanted by Esau’s twin brother Jacob a “relatively perfect man” and then God’s covenant with the Jewish people will “nullify all” of what Obadiah 1:18 NIV speaks.

  27. Bob Lamb

Zecheriah 12:8 In that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the Lord before them.
9 ¶And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

Israel will be forced to defend itself and I think through the providence of God (including wisdom and technology that he could give them) that they are going to kick some rear.

  28. paul

To all those who “dream” they will become “wealthy” by owning “a few gold and silver coins” … may find the following “reality” too uncomfortable to contemplate … but we WatchDoger’s live by the truth not fairy tales … so here goes … say today it costs you about $40 dollars for a tank of gas for your car (or about one silver coin if valued properly right now) … and say in a few years hyper-inflation is induced by the Fed … where fiat paper is so devalued that you will need $5000 paper dollars to buy a tank of gas … will anyone working at McDonald’s or Walmart be earning enough fiat in a month to buy a tank of gas for their car? … I think not … these people will be in a world of hurt … but those of us who prudently saved a single silver dollar will still be able to purchase a tank of gas with it … so what I am saying is … a silver dollar today will buy you one tank of gas … and a silver dollar in the hyper-inflationary future will buy you one tank of gas … did you make any money? … did you get rich? … No! … all you did was “retain your purchasing power”!

So what does this mean? … it means that in order for you to retain your standard of living in a hyper-inflationary future … you are going to need a lot more then just “a few silver coins”! … You are going to need “many many many” of these coins just to keep you in survival mode! … so you better keep stacking as much as you can right now … because in the future it will likely cost you a month’s wages to by one silver dollar!

Americans refuses to mind their own business. Our military (and now police) are pawns doing the bidding of powerful globalists. Meanwhile our homeland is being overrun by hordes of foreign invaders without a shot fired.

Our Founders including Jefferson, Adams, Washington warned of foreign entanglements. They heeded Psalm 9:17: “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.” Americans ignored all of these warnings. And now America is bleeding out…

According to the Deutsche Wirtschafts Nachrichten, the EU is getting cold feet regarding a Grexit. Greek FinMin Varoufakis met with the Lee Buchheit, a specialist in sovereign bankruptcy or debt default. German FinMin Schäuble is working for Greece to remain in the EU after the bankruptcy.

Meanwhile, Zero Hedge is reporting that Russia has offered to advance future gas transit fee to the tune of five million dollars and China is buying up short term Greek debt.

With Israel sitting over there having the most to lose, it’s only a matter of time before they pull the trigger on Iran. With or without help from the U.S. It’s anyones guess what will happen after that. One thing is for certain, Obama (should he still be in office) will come out of it smelling like a rose. That’s the only certainty in these troubled times.

Greg, I live fairly close to a large military base in the Ozarks. Lately I have seen unprecedented activity going on. Constant helicopter flights 24/7. I can’t remember seeing this much activity.

Most people in this country have lived so well for so long that they can’t even imagine anything bad happening to them. Just remember that 90% of military battle tactics is based upon surprising your enemy and eliminating communications. In other words they won’t send out invitations to you when they’re getting ready for the SHTF moment. When that moment comment comes you’re on your own. My advice. Take this as a warning and prepare accordingly. Call it paranoia. Call tin hat. Call it whatever you want, but even animals have the good sense to get out of the way of danger.

Addendum to my last post. Tensions are beginning to escalate between the U.S. and Russia as 300 U.S. troops land in Ukraine.

This explains a lot why there has been so much military activity in my area, that I spoke about in my last post. People we are getting ready to go to war with Russia and I suspect Martial Law to. This could end a thousand different ways, but evidently TPTB are planning on using war to cover up the collapse. I hope I’m wrong. I really do, but its beginning to look very obvious.

    Greg,
Do you emember the panic over Ebola last year?

Maybe now is a good time to evalutate what actually happened. In this video Ron Paul explains:
3000 troops were deployed in Africa to increase US military presence there, and vaccine manufacturers most likely also received a piece of the pie. The US built eleven Ebola treatment centers in Africa, but nine of them were never used, and a maximum of only 28 patients were ever treated at any of the others. Ebola cases in Liberia have disappeared in response to traditional treatments and improved hygiene.

Is Jade Helm really about expected attacks from ISIS? Do they think a group well enough armed to start real trouble in some areas is a real possibility? I can see them picking southern Cal, but not Utah and Texas. Utah and Texas have people who can take care of themselves, not the Nanny State expectation for life itself. Yes I am looking for a less than our government blowing up justification. The funny thing is I have heard no reason claimed by the government itself.

Heard a guy talk at church about a Yemen man who told this story. Apparently 300 Christian missionaries arrived at his city. The Imam and other heads determined to murder them all. In one day all were rounded up and murdered and burned in a large pile. The man himself many days later found a Bible hidden under a step. He read it and became a Christian. The father found out and ordered all of the brothers to kill him. They took him outside and repeatedly stabbed him. At some point a very large man picked him up and carried him away. He made it to the USA where he was treated and lived. Much abdomen trouble. When the father found out he had lived the father slit the throat of the eldest brother. The man planned to return. What is the point? Yemen is NOT anything like what Americans may think. Life has no meaning there. The Yemen Islam thinks he personally is God.
