Obama Knew ISIS Terrorists Selling Oil to Turkey-Scott Uehlinger

Former CIA Officer Scott Uehlinger says what is going on with ISIS and oil sales was known at the Obama Administration because the CIA told them. Uehlinger says, “That’s right, and this is the big frustration with being an intelligence officer, especially in today’s world. There is always a problem with your intelligence falling on deaf ears, or your intelligence is deliberately ignored. . . . In the bigger picture, and you’re working your butt off, meeting people at midnight, getting information, maybe at the risk of his life or yours, and it’s given to the policymakers . . . and they take your intelligence and roll it up into a ball, throw it in the waste basket, then what is the whole point of this exercise?”

Uehlinger claims ISIS selling oil to NATO member Turkey was known by the Obama Administration. So, the Obama Administration knew terrorists were selling oil to Turkey?  Uehlinger contends, “They certainly did. There is the age old problem of perception bias or willful blindness . . . people don’t want to hear bad news. Or, if you have information that is not consistent with your world view, it must be rejected. That is the way this administration is more than any one I have ever read about or lived through. This administration has formed almost an alternate reality as it refuses to accept any information that would force them to leave this narrative.”

Uehlinger also explains, “The CIA didn’t do the “Bay of Pigs” because they thought it would be a good idea. This was directed from the top. John F. Kennedy directed them to do this. So, that’s the way it works. . . . Generally speaking, the CIA doesn’t like to weigh in on making policy decisions because you can get burned one way or the other. They do what they are told to do, and this is a conundrum of an intelligence agency. What happens if the policymakers don’t know what they are doing or if they are making grave mistakes?”

There have been threats of blocking the Russian Navy in the Black Sea by Turkey. Uehlinger, who is an expert on Russia and speaks the language, explains, “I think that would be very dangerous. I think that there would be emergency meetings of the UN Security Council if something like that happened. That’s basically violating international law. This is more rhetoric and saber rattling, and I don’t think it will come to that.”

Scott Uehlinger also points out that is it very dangerous when policymakers will not listen to experts with accurate intelligence. Uehlinger says he sees many similarities America has with the former Soviet Union. Uehlinger points out the phrase “political correctness” is a term that was coined in the Soviet Union. Uehlinger gave the example of Stalin giving a speech, and at the end, it was politically incorrect to stop applauding too soon for fear of punishment. Because of the “political correctness,” it was common for the applause to go on for 10 or 15 minutes after a Stalin speech.

    Greg, If there is a worldwide economic collapse, will all money be worthless?
    I don’t see how gold and silver would help people buy food. Food would be too necessary to bother with gold and silver. Barter would be an option Buying seeds and a book on how to grow a garden would be another option. It may only help to buy time, though.
    Can you shed some light on these concerns?

      Larry, if you brought gold/silver to me post-collapse, I would gladly trade you some food for your metals. There are plenty of others like me.
      Then again, there are plenty of the “you can’t eat gold” people out there too.
      So your negotiations depend entirely on the nature of the collapse.
      If food is scarce, people are less likely to give any up.
      Then again, if gold is officially being valued at $20,000/oz or more, people would probably be happy to trade for your gold because they could get out of debt with a fast barter or two.
      So it really depends on whether food is still generally available or not, or whether gold is skyrocketing or not.
      It would probably be best to have a wide variety of barter items – including gold and silver – IMHO.

      One of my sources, has gone as far as saying that the BRIC alliance has high level contacts within our military who know what is about to happen, and have plans to arrest members of the Cabal within our government that have high jacked our financial system and robbed the American people. According to him, they are setting up the Gold backed Yuan system with China in order to keep the entire world financial system from collapsing when this all goes down. As I’ve said before, I can’t confirm any of this information, but it does seem to make sense when you step back and look at it.

          Like I said, I’m going off of second hand information that can’t be confirmed, but according to them a military coup is very likely should the western cabal try to start a nuclear war. The arrest would most likely be from the top down and run through the Pentagon, the Federal Reserve Bank, and several other agencies who have been involved with this theft. Hank Paulsen would certainly be in that number. This is probably something that Professor Black (that Greg had on several months ago) could address. He was involved in a Congressional investigation back in 2008 to find out where the TARP money went.

            Jerry, your post got my attention. A military coup? I brought that up in a comment a few weeks ago. I don’t have a source it was pure speculation on my part combined with wishful thinking. It is beyond heartbreaking to see the country I served, the country that generations of my family have served (since the Revolution) be turned into something that is not recognizable. I would hope that there are still a few good men (and women) that put honor and integrity and their oath of allegience and loyalty “to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic” seriously enough that they have the courage and bravery to act boldly should that kind of maneuver become necessary. They are in my prayers, always.

          I appreciate your opinion, and your comments. I am neither a gold bug or an economist. I report what I see. And what I see is an organization ( the BRIC nations) who is getting ready o sever its relationship with the dollar as an instrument of trade. The inclusion into the IMF has nothing to do with their real intent of supplanting the dollar as world reserve currency. It is about economic survival of the emerging markets in the coming economic collapse. In short the Gold backed Yuan is their lifeboat off the U.S. Titanic. What the Fed does at this point is insignificant to their overall plan. Returning to the Gold Standard is the primary goal. And realistically that is a very sane move considering what the bankers have done to the world trade system.

    I’m curious Greg. Just how obligated are we to go to war with Russia on Turkey’s behalf? Is our NATO ” commitment” to defend Turkey a commitment against the Soviet Union or against Russia? Our government has already negated strategic arms treaties on the grounds that they were signed by the Soviet Union which no longer exists. Does it matter who the “aggressor” is? It appears now that ISIS (whoever they are) is operating from Turkish territory and that Turks are fighting on Syrian territory. Does our NATO commitment obligate us to attack Syria because Turkey is?

    hmmm, it was my impression the bay of pigs program was already afoot when Kennedy came into office. I believe he took the cia’s word that it would be successful. When it fell apart, Kennedy lost any trust in the CIA’s judgement.

    Very informative interview, however I feel Mr. U’s suspicion that the economy may be a very slow decline taking years is unsupportable. This economy is causing such havoc in business with layoffs depriving many worldwide of sustaining income. I can’t see how the slow burn can continue much longer. If so many businesses and individuals can’t pay their debts, it will continue to snowball until it reaches critical mass. The last snowflake never wants to be blamed for the avalanche, but an avalanche it will be IMO.

      And I’m sure they had nothing to do with the Project for a New American Century which stated in 1998 that, absent another Pearl Harbor event, they could not secure more funding for the military industrial complex.

      Once the USSR folded up shop in 1991 the CIA should have been dismantled as JFK promised. So much for the peace dividend. In less than 2 years the World Trade Center was bombed in 1993 and they let it happen again 8 years later. So it was just coincidental that terrorism replaced the Cold War almost immediately. How convenient.

      In other words, they don’t keep us safe at all even with NSA gathering all the digits the world creates.

    Wow! What a interesting and sobering interview. I understand Mr. U’s point on thinking outside the box and perhaps the big crash will be a slow one taking a long time to unfold. It may be the normal bias kicking in but he very well may have a valid point. I can only hope and pray so.

    I too, may be under the influence of the normalcy bias because as of lately it’s been to my belief that if the economy does tank in a hurry, perhaps it will not be as bad as many believe.

    Greg…Can’t tell you again what a great reporter you are by going “out there” to get the story. So let’s summarize what he said….Obama’s admin has an agenda, the agencies are given their orders, no matter what intel says. In order to accomplish this, the heads of the agencies have to be in agreement with this or they will be removed (all Generals terminated), selling oil to ISIS, etc. The question becomes “What is their agenda?” To make the US weak, to “transform” this country into what? That is the big question and if you look at their behavior by not prosecuting bankers, allowing all of this fraud and corruption to take hold, to void the constitutional laws, then really he is transforming this into a nation of lawlessness, corruption, facism, corporatism, and we are left with trillions of derivatives, lobbyists who win, Gruber who writes Obamacare, calls for gun control using illegal rules to take away our right to bear arms, pretty clear where this is going until WE, YES WE stand up and stop funding this evil, corrupt government that has transformed this nation.

The problem for me is who is telling us what happened. I mean call me crazy but I am reluctant to the point of emphatically resisting the notion of accepting on its face anything that comes from this government.

      There are so many irregularities and oddities sewn into this San Bernardino thing that it would only be prudent to question the official accounting of what happened. I am somewhat surprised that Greg Hunter is so quick to poo poo the notion that things may not be what they seem. I mean the official story on high altitude aerosol spraying as a means of affecting climate is that its not being done, what you see is ice.           You know Paul, I think it is really all we can expect to do anymore; that is to just assume at least some, if not all, of what we are told about something is just pure bull.

          We do not have reliable details, they just do not exist, all we have is an overall sense of the trajectory things are taking. I look back 50, 60, 100 years and it is plain to see where we are going, the how and why will never fully be known.

          What I am wondering Paul is how do we turn this around? Or do we just put the sackcloth on and wait for the brimstone to fall?

      I am at a lost to how this is a false flag? I took a lot of time to analise the pictures of the final shoot out (I find it interesting). There is no doubt there is a dark hair women dead on that street. Look at the pool of blood to the right side of the chest, the way the feet are angled, she is in tights which highlights her feminine figure and it is obvious that it is a she and she is dead. In later pictures, with the body removed, there is a blood stain on the road, the white picket fence lines up to the location, etc. Per a news feed the next day filming at the shoot out scene again all the land marks line up. Like wise with the man that was shot on the other side of the black SUV. If this is a false flag prove why they (TPTB) wanted these two dead and why the pair were shooting at the cops … look at all the gun casing littering the street by the bullet holed SUV!

How can anyone really prepare for a serious breakdown in the society and economy that literally keeps almost all of us alive? How can we prepare for this knowing full well that there are well monied parties in play here positioning themselves to execute some massive power grab once things really start to go to crapola. What kind of world is overwhelmingly the most likely to arise out of the ashes of such carnage….is it enough to just accept this, is it enough for us to tolerate such things the way we do in the light of knowing that we are creations of a loving God are we to just lay down and forfeit all the dignity and responsibility such knowledge confers upon us?

        We need to do something and I’m not going to pretend I know what it is, but I know that we cannot all just sit here and let things just slide down the abyss we are staring into right now. God does not want that for us, that I know for certain.

One needs only look at the economic mess here at home and the chaos abroad to understand the kind of power the president wields with a single decision or stroke of a pen. Bombing sovereign countries, droning innocent civilians, entire takeovers of large swaths of our economy, ordering coups to topple foreign leaders, undermining the Constitution, all just a few examples of a man in charge that is, in fact, so powerful, he is actually above the law. So yes, the career politicians that come and go with each election cycle are clearly powerful, but their power and influence pales in comparison to those unelected and unaccountable men who are able to operate in the shadows, beyond the public view, without concern for popularity poles or regard for the consequences of their decisions.

    I think everybody is reporting wrong on Putin’s statement. I’ve seen the story re posted about 20 times on various sites, always with the theme of Putin threatening to nuke ISIS. If you look at what he actually says, after mentioning that the cruise missiles could be fitted with “special” warheads, it is “Naturally, this is not necessary when fighting terrorists and, I hope, will never be needed.” I take that to mean he obviously wouldn’t use nuclear weapons to attack mere terrorists. The “I hope will never be needed” part refers to us and NATO.

    I am former Army, cold war era guy that fought in desert storm and have been paying attention to geopolitical stuff my whole life. I have been watching this Russian intervention closely. It raised my eyebrows with the 1st missile strike from ships in the Caspian. They went higher when they launched air launched cruise missiles from their TU160 Blackjack and TU22 Backfire bombers. Now with the sub, too, it is very disturbing. Why is it worrying?

    Cruise missiles are very expensive and there are only so many in inventory. You use those for well protected targets that would be too dangerous for your manned aircraft to attack. With ISIS’ lack of air defense aside from manpads, there was no good reason to expend all those missiles when it would be cheaper and easier to just bomb them from 10000 feet. All those missiles were launched for NATO’s benefit. It’s Russia proving they are big boys too and demonstrating their capabilities. As a warning.

    So I guess I agree with Mr Uehlinger that it is DEFINITE sabre rattling, but I’d be a little more worried about the implications than he seems to be.

    I don’t think Russia or China can be goaded into WW III. Russia has the ability to disrupt electronics so that negates missile attack. China’s “nuclear” bomb is their ability to bring the West to their knees by dumping Treasuries. Then they would “unpack” all their gold which would leave the West out in the cold because the West has very little gold left and almost no industrial capability. They have set up their “Swift” system and the AIIB. The Chinese also has all that infrastructure they built which is laying fallow at present which could be populated very quickly if needed as production sites. It is often said that they plan decades ahead and I suspect that all those empty buildings are part of their long term plan. They have probably warehoused enough basic foods to survive as a country until they could produce their own food. Bill Holter has repeatedly written of the “truth bomb” that Russia has which would destroy the West. Both Russia and China don’t have to fire one missile to take down the West. I suspect that they also have “hardened” the necessary equipment to negate an EMP attack. What could the West do with a failed financial system, a distrustful populace, and very little industrial capability?

      Very smart comment Calgirl. I agree. I served in a unit that no longer exists but our unit motto was “seek and disrupt.” What did we seek and what did we disrupt? It was the motto of the (former) 109th M.I. Unit at Fort Lewis, Washington. I was a techie, signal corps. There were two groups that ruled that unit: the intelligence officers, of course. The operators and, even more so, the folks that were able to repair the EW equipment. EW: electronic warfare. During the 1980’s those guys could get out and work for a civilian company and make $60K a year. In 1981.

      I saw a few articles last year about Pike’s Peak being retrofitted and upgraded. Why? It is near NORAD and Colorado Springs which has Fort Carson and Peterson AFB. Why bother upgrading a cold-war relic? In case of an EMP and as part of COG (continuity of government). I could be wrong. Just an educated guess on part.

      It would only take a few well-placed tactical nukes to cause an EMP (electro-magnetic pulse) and take down much of the US electrical infrastructure. An atomospheric tactical nuke over LA, one over DC, and another over NYC could completely disrupt the US electrical grid. Some people are ready and would do fine if that happened. Unfortunately too many people are not ready.

      I am a huge Sci-Fi fan. I have been all of my life. Why? Because there are things you can say in Sci-Fi that you cannot say in public or in the news. My specialty has been dystopic Sci-Fi. From “1984” to “Brave New World” to “The Postman” to “On the Beach” I have read almost every relevent Sci-Fi novel. My favorite dystopic series is The Wool Series by Hugh Howey. His last part of the series is called “Dust.” That series is the best dystopic Sci-Fi series I have read in years. The only comparable series are the “Red Mars, Green Mars, Blue Mars” series by Kim Stanley Robinson. Both the Mars trilogy and the Wool Series stand on the backs of giants, in particular, Frank Herbert, who wrote “Dune” and the Dune series. Frank Herbert’s son, Brian Herbert and Stephen Anderson co-authored prequels to the Dune series and those books are excellent. It was a joy to find out that Brian Herbert was as smart as his father. Not only smart but he could write on the same level as his father. Impressive.

      I also saw Brad Thor on the Kelly File tonight and he happened to mention a Red Cell. I was not familiar with that particular phrase (also mentioned by the guest) which seems to be a reference to a group of outsiders that are specially invited to do thought experiments for the government.

        Correction: The Wool series is my favorite NEW Sci-Fi / dystopic series.

        When I was around 14-15 years old I read three series that impacted me and expanded my horizons, forever. One was the Foundation series by Isaac Asimov. The next year I read the Dune series by Frank Herbert. Inbetween I read the Lord of the Rings trilogy by J.R.R. Tolkien. All of those books were checked out from my school library. My family didn’t own any of them. My parents were not interested in those types of books. I was. Those books established the foundation of my intellectual life. My school didn’t teach those books to students in the eighth and ninth grade, either. I read those books for the sake of discovery and adventure and learning that each author embedded in their novels. How did I find those books? Accident? Providence? Fate? No idea. But I absolutely want to share my love of great books (not the typical “great books” list, either) with others and thus I share my list with you. Pass it on, pass it forward to the next generation so they might be inspired to keep learning.

        Postscript: when I was reading Asimov and Tolkien and Herbert, girls in my age group were reading books I couldn’t stand! The popular books were The Nancy Drew series and the Little House on the Praire books. I never finished a single Nancy Drew book or a Little House book. Ever.

        Space was the future, for me. I wasn’t interested in the past. Tolkien suited me because the landscape was so large and the realm he created was similar to Dune and Foundation in that there were factions, there was a political landscape that was laid out along with the physical landscape.

        Those landscapes were huge with life and death consequences. I still remember reading Dune and the black-box test and what Paul said to himself during that test: “fear is the little death.” Indeed. I suppose that is the closest I can get to Mr. Hunter’s sage advice at the end of every show, “to fear not.”

    Fantastic interview. As another poster had opined there is no such thing as a retired CIA agent let alone a Station Chief. He is still under secrecy and loyalty oaths. What I do find very interesting is the chasm that is developing between parts of our government and the administration.

    Scott wouldn’t have done the interview and said what he did basically damning this administrations ideology without blessings from above….either overt or covert. This tells me that factions within the agency are getting more and more antagonized about what is going on. When parts of the government oppose other parts of the government…well, what can I say? A house divided against itself will certainly fall. It’s encouraging that we still have some decent people in the military and intelligence agencies that understand the big picture and are not going to just blindly submit to this nation’s destruction.

    He did mention that Putin is a pragmatist and it’s obvious that Putin does care about his country and Russia’s national interests. Would to God we could say the same. Once again great interview and hopefully Scott can be one of your regulars. When you bring him back I’d love for him to talk about Russia, it’s people and how they see things over there.

    I have an extremely interesting, highly intelligent elderly gentleman friend who years ago had top level government security clearance. I can tell you from listening to him talk, it’s clear to me that his cover, with his doctorate and extensive educational experience was traveling ALL over the world analyzing businesses that were in trouble and offering strategies for streamlining/repair. Occasionally he speaks of an incident which occurred years ago where his plane was hijacked somewhere in the Middle East by an Iranian militant. My friend survived the affair and discusses this incident openly because I don’t think that it was directly related to his missions/work. But he NEVER makes any mentioned of the security work that he did for the government, as it’s understood that to do so could get him into massive trouble. Out of curiosity, I’m just wondering how Scott U. who hasn’t been retired for long from his government security position is able to freely make the circuit, sharing information so openly without compromising himself?

Wish you would have asked him about CIA involvement in Afghan heroin and weapons dealings throughout the mideast.     It is sad that our intelligence agency since the end of WWII, has been responsible for the death, torture and destruction of millions of people and their societies while carrying out policy for the global elite in their greedy attempt to control the world’s wealth. First note this man wore the uniform, second I believe 98% of what he says and that is my maximum belief of what anyone says. I would remind that I have said before, he is a one of us American and we are one of him. I have been wondering what was going on with CIA and he paints a picture that connects all the dots.     The world’s monetary system is a big, big ship, which, barring war, takes a very long time to turn around. This fact, along with the realities of military might (which, of course, is reciprocal, depending upon the existing monetary system), and of feeding people through a smoothly-functioning economy, are lost on some.

    The current monetary system is unsustainable, which is self-evident by its very design. Gold may very well be introduced into current systems, most likely with a toehold in trade, if it happens. But, mark my words: the Chinese will not back the Yuan with gold.

    Do you think they will? Specify a timeframe, solely at your discretion, and let’s meet back here afterward. Then, you can recite the faults in my previously-cited case (or, perhaps, vice versa).

      I have said all along that the U$D gained traction because of rule of law. The Yuan is a communist currency. Why Jerry thinks a currency controlled by a communist government is the bees knees is beyond me. The Chinese could decide that you don’t get to trade your bonds, exchange your yuan, etc.

      BRICS is in a shambles. Not saying that the USA doesn’t have problems, we are technically bankrupt but then so is Europe and Asia.
      I also hear about IMF gold, most of which is ours. It is stored in the NY Fed. Does anyone believe after we bailed out the banks in Europe that they are going to get IMF gold if there is a collapse?

There are other Muslims in the US who currently hold HIGH office that are NOT adhering to the US Constitution, and they’re NOT making the best decisions for the welfare/safety of American Citizens. As a result, I’m very suspicious/reluctant to see any Muslims holding high office in America.     The Fourteenth Amendment and a “natural born citizen”

    A common misunderstanding of “natural born” citizenship comes from the Fourteenth Amendment, but a strict reading of the fourteenth amendment is quite clear that this only conveys an at birth naturalized citizenship. Those born in the United States at the time of adoption and afterwards were only citizens. Those who wrote the amendment knew exactly what they were doing. Because of the distinctive use of “natural born citizen” and “citizen,” in Article II, Section 1 the simple fact that being born in the United States does not make one a “natural born citizen,” it only makes one “a citizen.”

    The Fourteenth amendment states in Section 1,

    Section 1 – “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

    Obviously missing is the conveyance of “natural born” status to these citizens. In fact what is obviously included in the text is the term “naturalized.” This section has several clauses, the first deals with citizenship.

    All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.

    The second deals with prohibiting the states from passing laws denying the protection of citizenship from any citizen, “natural born” or naturalized.

    No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

    The fifth section details something very important, it reads

    Section 5 – “The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.”

    Article 1, Section 8 enumerated the powers Congress has. The only power Congress has over citizenship is found here. It reads,

    “To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;”

    To make the freed slaves citizens, naturalization was the only power the 14th Amendment granted Congress to use. Look it up in the Constitution. Congress had no intention and no authority to making everyone born under the 14th Amendment “a natural born citizen.” This is born out by Congressional records regarding the debate of the Fourteenth Amendment. By the chief architect of Section 1 of this amendment.

    “I find no fault with the introductory clause, which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen; but, sir, I may be allowed to say further, that I deny that the Congress of the United States ever had the power or color of power to say that any man born within the jurisdiction of the United States, and not owing a foreign allegiance, is not and shall not be a citizen of the United States.” John A. Bingham, (R-Ohio) US Congressman, Architect of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, March 9, 1866 Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866), Sec. 1992 of U.S. Revised Statutes (1866), Cf. U.S. Const. XIVth Amend.

    There is no doubt that anyone born under the 14th Amendment who is not subject is a “naturalized citizen,” or just “a citizen,” as the Amendment states. They are not natural born citizens.

    To further understand why this is so, is to look at the first clause carefully.

    All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.

    The words “born or naturalized” are joined with the conjunction “or,” and logically an or implies either of the two are equal. What they are equal in is being a citizen. Not “a natural born citizen.” This expressly negates the idea that simple birth of a person who is “subject to the jurisdiction” confers the coveted “natural born” status. If the term “citizen” did in fact convey a “natural born” status, then who were naturalized would be considered “natural born.”
    Obviously, this is not the case, as it would mean that people like Kissinger, Albright and Schwarzenegger could run for office. Clearly, the Fourteenth Amendment is not conferring “natural born” status on anyone, it only confers simple citizenship and the universal rights given to all citizens, “native born” and naturalized. In fact, several Supreme Court Cases since the ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment restrict citizenship claims based on being born geographically within the United States, and bestows the coveted “natural born citizen” title to the children of citizens, while affirming simple citizenship to the children born to aliens.

    1. The Slaughterhouse Cases 83 U.S. 36 (1873) The Fourteenth Amendment excludes the children of aliens. “The phrase, “subject to its jurisdiction” was intended to exclude from its operation children of ministers, consuls, and citizens or subjects of foreign States born within the United States.”
    2. Minor v. Happersett 88 U.S. 162 (1874) The Fourteenth Amendment draws a distinction between the children of aliens and children of citizens. “The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also.”
    3. Elk v. Wilkins 112 U.S. 94 (1884) The phrase “subject to the jurisdiction” requires “direct and immediate allegiance” to the United States, not just physical presence. “This section contemplates two sources of citizenship, and two sources only: birth and naturalization. The persons declared to be citizens are “all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” The evident meaning of these last words is not merely subject in some respect or degree to the jurisdiction of the United States, but completely subject to their political jurisdiction and owing them direct and immediate allegiance. And the words relate to the time of birth in the one case, as they do to the time of naturalization in the other. Persons not thus subject to the jurisdiction of the United States at the time of birth cannot become so afterwards except by being naturalized, either individually, as by proceedings under the naturalization acts, or collectively, as by the force of a treaty by which foreign territory is acquired.”
    4. Wong Kim Ark Case, 169 U.S. 649 (1898) Affirms that “natural born citizen,” is the child of an existing citizen. “The right of citizenship never descends in the legal sense, either by the common law or under the common naturalization acts. It is incident to birth in the country, or it is given personally by statute. The child of an alien, if born in the country, is as much a citizen as the natural born child of a citizen, and by operation of the same principle.”
    5. Perkins v. Elg, 307 U. S. 325 (1939) In citing a long series of cases, involving minors removed from their US domicile by their foreign born parents, the Supreme Court distinguishes the difference of “a native born person” of two naturalized citizens can become President. This distinction of citizenship is not made to the others, only that their Jus soli citizenship is intact if at the age of majority they reclaim it.

    As you can see from the intent of the Founding Fathers to the Supreme Court decision that “a natural born” is the child of citizens. A natural born citizen is not the child of an alien. In this there is no doubt. The question now that we seek answered is that Barack Hussein Obama, II is both the child of an alien who never had any intention on becoming a naturalized citizen and the child of a citizen minor. If Barack Hussein Obama, II was in fact born in Hawaii, he is a citizen under Jus soli and afforded all rights any citizen has. But he is not a citizen under Jus sanguinis, because we have laws that dictate how Jus sanguinis citizenship can be transferred. If Barack Hussein Obama, II cannot claim citizenship under Jus sanguinis then he is not a natural born citizen.

    While many patriots will argue with clear conviction “natural born” should be narrowly interpreted as to mean both parents must be citizens, giving birth to that child under the jurisdiction of the United States of America, they do accept that Jus sanguinis citizenship can be passed from one parent in accordance to the law of the land at the time of birth. So what was the law of the land at the time for giving a person Jus sanguinis citizenship?

    There three ways for a person claim citizenship, what most of us think of first is called Jus soli, “the right of the soil,” which is the physical location your place of birth. The second is what is called Jus sanguinis, “the right of blood,” which you inherit from your parents. The third is a combination of Jus soli and Jus sanguinis, and it is this combination that determines if one is a natural born citizen. Since any citizenship under Jus solis is codified by the Fourteenth Amendment, we only find laws for passing citizenship via Jus sanguinis on August 4th, 1961 in the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (McCarran-Walter Act). This act states that in order for Obama’s right of blood citizenship to be passed to him, that since he only had one parent who was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 14. Barack Hussein Obama, II fails the test for the right to claim “natural born citizen” status.

    Common sense tells us that both Jus soli and Jus sanguinis are what the Founding Fathers intended when they penned the phrase “a natural born citizen.” For imagine foreigners owing allegiance to a foreign power, arriving in America, giving birth to a child and immediately returning home to their country with their child. This child is reared for 21 years in a culture that hates America and that wants to see America destroyed. On the child’s 21st birthday this child returns to the United States of America, claiming their citizenship based Jus soli. For fourteen years they live in the United States, supported covertly by these foreign powers, growing in wealth and stature until they reach the age of 35 years. This scenario cumulates with this child of the soil, not having one drop of American blood in their veins, becoming President and destroying this country. Considering that countries are a creation of mankind, and non-existent in nature, natural loyalties are too blood.

    “To disregard such a deliberate choice of words and their natural meaning would be a departure from the first principle of constitutional interpretation. ‘In expounding the Constitution of the United States, every word must have its due force, and appropriate meaning; for it is evident from the whole instrument, that no word was unnecessarily used, or needlessly added. The many discussions which have taken place upon the construction of the constitution, have proved the correctness of this proposition; and shown the high talent, the caution, and the foresight of the illustrious men who framed it. Every word appears to have been weighed with the utmost deliberation, and its force and effect to have been fully understood.” Chief Justice Roger B. Taney

    The Constitution directly specified 3 types of citizens, at the time of the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment as those who are “citizens,” those who were citizens at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, and natural born citizens. The architects of the Fourteenth Amendment had two to choose from in granting citizenship under this amendment, they choose just a citizen, and rejected “a natural born citizen.”

It just so happens that Joe Schmoe worships The Great Flying Spaghetti Monster. TGFSM tribe’s holy book is ‘The Spaghetti Manifesto’. Joe is entitled to be sworn in with his hand on ‘The Spaghetti Manifesto’. Why? Because 1)most other judges get sworn in with their hands on the Bible 2) Amendment I To The Constitution Of The United States Of America states: ‘Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof……’ that is to say that if you allow the majority’s holy book to be used in the swearing in ceremony, you must allow a minority’s holy book to be used also. P_rinciples cannot be applied selectively. It goes without saying, once in, the judge has to obey The American Constitution.

    Greg, thank you so much for having this guest on. His experiences and perspective almost completely back up my own viewpoint, which is that most internet geopolitical theories are bogus. The various administrations and lawmakers are still who guide world events today. This is why it is still absolutely critical to vote in each election, because it does matter, whether your favorite internet sites agree with that or not.

    As to the cause of a coming economic collapse, I do disagree with your guest. He does not believe that a sudden collapse is likely; rather he looks for a slow decline. I personally believe, and I have stated on here several times, that the one major event which will cause worldwide turmoil is the coming invasion of Israel led by Russia and Iran. This invasion is described in detail in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39. I believe that this invasion will trigger a worldwide nuclear war. Once that happens, you can kiss the old way of living goodbye. The scary part of this is that the militaries of Russia and Iran are now at Israel’s northern border.
    I personally would love to see much more of Mr. Uehlinger.
