40 Million in US West Without Water in 2023 – Dane Wigington

Climate engineering researcher Dane Wigington says the extreme drought conditions in the U.S. are caused by man-made weather modification called geoengineering. It’s not some naturally occurring event, but an “engineered drought catastrophe.” Wigington says after decades of climate engineering, things are getting so bad that millions in the Southwestern United States will be without water sometime in 2023. Wigington explains, “The mainstream media and official sources are doing their best to sweep it under the rug. We are talking about 40 million people that will be impacted by the drying out of the Colorado River basin and tributaries.”
Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas are the few of the cities that are already struggling with severe water conservation restrictions. Wigington says, “Drought caused by man-made weather modification is not coming, it’s here now and will only get worse from here on out. . . . There is no speculation, no hypothesis or conjecture in any of this. Climate engineering is the primary cause for the protracted drought, and not just in the U.S. but in many other parts of the world. It also causes a deluge scenario, and all of it is crushing crops. We can speculate to the motives and agendas behind those who run these operations, but the fact that climate engineering is the primary causal factor for the western drought is inarguable.”
When will this all take place? Wigington’s data says, “When Lake Mead reaches the ‘dead-pool’ status, and we are not there yet, the estimations are the dead-pool might be early next year. Prior to that, right now, we are talking about extreme water rationing. That means the crops are being cut off now. It’s not coming, it’s happening now. . . . Water for irrigation is long since gone, and there will be no electrical power generation. . . . The evaporation levels are far higher than what has been disclosed. That means lake levels will drop far faster than even the worst-case official predictions right now. This is a runaway train of total cataclysm, and those in power are preventing anyone from even discussing this issue down to the point that there is an illegal federal gag order on the nation’s weathermen at the National Weather Service and NOAA.”
According to Wigington, one city will be spared from drying out for a while, and that is Las Vegas. There is a tunnel 600 feet below the surface of Lake Mead that will take water to Sin City long after the lake becomes a dead-pool and the Colorado River stops flowing. Wigington says, “This was an extraordinary engineering project. The only one of its type in many ways. . . . They had to have a specially designed tunnel boring machine for the 24-foot-wide tunnel that is designed to suck every last drop of water out of Lake Mead.” The project cost $1.5 billion.
Wigington says what is happening is being hidden for as long as possible, but what needs to happen now is to immediately stop man-made weather modification. Wigington says, “They can and are using this as a weapon to control food production and control populations in various regions. . . . This is a fight for life. People think if they get their shots and wear their masks that their life will go back to normal. It’s not going to happen. . . . Climate engineering is stopping the planet from recovering. . . It’s a weapon. . . . We have to stop it or we are done.”

Been busy but always make time for your weekly’s and great guests such as Wigington. As a water investor since really I started in 98, the “commodity” will be traded as it should be soon, in our lifetime. Most water plays I’ve owned have been purchased even the bottled water company in our area PRMW back in early 2020.
I have “sleep me shares” of water plays (VEOEY and AQUA still) I’ve retired and just let ride and make me $$ in my portfolios. Remember winners win and losers lose.
As you know I went bearish before (CPB still buying since October 2020) elections of 2020 and after (CAG still buying since November 2020) followed by timber REIT play (CTT recently purchased by number 1 REIT PCH in December 2020) and looking good.
I’ve never not made money on water {period}.
When I went more bearish in late November/December 2021 after November 4th “peak” in markets confirmed by January 4th 2022 top, I started a more conservative income fund style of approach. I placed money into a bond fund for the yield as everyone was anti – bond even as late as November 2021.
What about water?
Since January (2022) of this year I’ve simply become more conservative in my old age and added CGW and FIW to my accounts.
Yes they are getting hammered and no I don’t care!
I buy on quad witchings to get a better DCA on each water ETF 4 times per year.

I also have been wondering about how far they will take the destruction. Surely if we can see the ultimate end of what they are doing, they do. And that brings me to my next question. Supposedly all this is being done to save the Earth, so why are they doing things that ultimately kill the animals they supposedly find so precious? I have often wondered if Lucifer, who I believe is at the bottom of this, hates the created animal life with the handprint of God on it as much as he hates human beings. I have begun to believe, based on the evidence that I see, that he does. I grieve deeply about what is happening and what is about to happen to my fellow human beings but I grieve almost as deeply for the destruction of the created life that we all know and appreciate so much. The animals never had a voice and never had a choice. Truly heartbreaking!

The drought is fulfillment of Prophecy 1st Corinthians 10:11 states that all the stories in Israel’s history serve as examples for those of us upon whom the end is coming. The government would not build a $1.4 billion dollar drain tunnel to the bottom of Lake Mead if the government thought it was going to rain/snow in the Colorado River Basin.
The third straw will not drain the lake. It is located at 860 feet above sea level. The deepest part of the lake is at 697 feet above sea level. Getting water to Vegas won’t help much when there is no electricity coming from the dam (which happens when the water level reaches 950 feet asl).

Hello, Fred, in regard to your question about why the power structure would poison / contaminate their own air with climate engineering, it is imperative to remember and consider the agenda behind what is occurring in our skies is varied and complex. The planetary decimation is more accurately a consequence, not a specific objective.
From climate intervention to mask the rapid warming of our planet, to weather warfare, to ionizing the atmosphere for over the horizon radar and communications purposes (and more), there are many objectives / agendas being carried out at once. I relocated back home to Wisconsin, 8 years ago. Due to a health emergency with my Dad, which was 6 years ago, I drove back to the Akron area via the turnpike. I typically would start at midnight on my drive, so I would see family for a late breakfast. What I did notice was exactly what you’re saying. At the Indiana border, the sunrise provided colors in the sky, which I’d not seen before. Lots of shades of lavender, blue, silver, and burnt orange seemed to be prevalent. I lived in Ohio from 1979 to 2014 and can assure you, that was not the sky I remembered. Visiting my brother in Cuyahoga Falls, I recall looking up and commenting about the amount of trails in the air. His response was that of a normie, considering this normal and citing people flying a lot. When my wife and I left Ohio, blue skies were rare. And the last time I physically saw their sky was 6 years ago. I can only imagine how it is now. The sky from Wisconsin to Ohio is 180 degrees different. Sadly, I appreciate your comment, knowing I wasn’t the only one who observed this. May God have His hand on you during these times.

Here in Sonoma County California, I have noticed the sunshine is more intense. I’ve lived here for over 20 years. I do feel the sun hotter on my skin nowadays. That could just be old age. The plants do need shade cloth now to keep the leaves from burning brown, so that well could be more UV radiation from the holes in the ozone layer.

The U.S. Forest Service has been allowing Nestle’ (Arrowhead Water) to siphon off our water in the Strawberry Peak, near Lake Arrowhead, San Bernardino Mountains, California, for decades. Nestle pays something like $500 per year to steal millions and millions of gallons each year from our mountain stream that flows into the Santa Ana River.
In 2016 a Federal Judge ruled in Nestle’s favor; however, the battle continues. (Ref. link below.) We need our water and Nestle’ of Switzerland has trucks backed up siphoning off our water for free. I’ve complained about it to Senator Feinstein and other politicians, Diane replied that Nestle’ provides jobs, and . . . . In other words, she did nothing. Other politicians I contacted just blew me off.
The local people made such a fuss that something is finally being done to stop the theft of our water, but it has been a battle. The U.S. Forestry Service have allowed this to continue since 1914. Allowing the theft of our precious water is criminal.

I just tried to watch “Into the Wild” from Dane’s sight (August 2021). Dane is riding on his motorcycle on a dirt road that was previously under Lake Shasta, but is now high and dry. Dane’s voice is drowned out by the sound of the motorcycle exhaust.

I live in the Las Vegas Valley area (near Lake Mead) and agree that geo-engineering or lack of geo-engineering is probably the cause of the drought conditions affecting the Lake Mead water level. But the Lake Mead Intake 3 tunnel project was not designed to take any remaining water away from major southwestern cities like San Diego, Los Angeles or Phoenix. As I understand it, the tunnel was built to enable Las Vegas to obtain water from Lake Mead after the reservoir could no longer deliver water to those other cities. We take water conservation very seriously here. Even with the ever growing population the Las Vegas Valley still recycles 90% + of its Lake Mead water allocation. The surpluses are stored for the city’s future use. Many people do not realize that much of the water used by the Las Vegas strip casinos are from the underground aquifer beneath the city, which is also recycled. As I recall, the majority of Lake Mead’s water is used by California and Arizona (80-90%) while the Las Vegas valley uses a meager 4-5%. Much of the water sent to California and Arizona is used for food production. As far as conservation is concerned this is where the governing agencies should be focused on. I see nothing wrong with Geo Engineering as long as it is used for the good of the people. I keep hearing about how to conserve water but never hear about the production side of the equation. Hopefully I will see the day in which Geo Engineering in the form of cloud seeding along the Colorado river or above Lake Mead and Lake Powell is used to end the drought. We do not have a technology or climate problem as much as we have an incompetency or corruption problem.

Three years ago maple trees everywhere around here -eastern Washington- were killed or looked diseased. It happened in the summer and i wondered about an intense burst of uv. I have one and the whole western side is still gone. As far as this whole issue, i think the biggest issue will be the mass migration. How many millions of people will move to somewhere else. I’m near the confluence of the Snake and Columbia River’s. The big push here are political arguments to take down a number of hydroelectric dams on the Snake. Positive note- everyone should look into getting an IBC tote and store cracked corn or wheat. Think Joseph in Egypt. It might sound whackadoodle, but i really believe Jesus has warned us with some word changes in the Bible. The KJV has corn all though it and I can only remember a verse about a corn of wheat. Or how about ‘forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those that have trespassed against us’- not in there anymore? Joseph was set on his path with a couple of dreams- we have so much more- but faith is what helps to push us forward and not be fearful.

I watch your shows regularly for years. Thank you. I do not think you should post this. I do not need a reply. The two guests I have an inordinate amount of trouble listening to are Steve Quayle and Dane Wigington. I have always believed Steve Quayle and realize he has ADHD, just like my mom and sister. Your technique with him in your last interview of him helped immensely. He tends to not complete his point before moving on to the next aside or next point. I manage to make sense of it eventually. You did well with Dane in this video, much better than previous interviews, but, I still struggle with his presentation. I do not need to know what he thinks I should do about anything. I need to understand why he is so alarmed. He needs to present facts in a logical more stoic manner. If I understand why he is so alarmed and it alarms me too, then, I will act in my best interests and not before. I just come away upset and uninformed with his current stuff. I need to hear something like the chem trails are damaging the ozone, then, the depleted ozone has impacts x, y, z on climate. These climate conditions do a, b, c to the earth’s plants and animals. All he is really communicating is emotion with very little substance. He is so concerned it damaging his ability to communicate. I know he means the best and is frustrated that more people do not understand. I have a degree in math and computer science and I wrote many, many engineering specifications for hardware and software for decades. If I struggle with his presentation, many others do as well.

Sitting on a small horse farm, close to the Slovakian border. The distances are small here. A half an hour drive, we are in Slovakia. Two hours drive we are in Ukraine or Romania, depending where you want to go. Three hour drive, we are in Serbia, or Croatia or Slovenia, or Austria. It all depends on what direction we want to go.
We have not seen much rain the last year. The gras is burnt and withered before it can become hay. The crops are withering in the soil, promising a failed harvest if rain does not come soon. Farmer’s wells are drying up. We have drought and the earth is groaning. The only thing still green, is the weeds, and that I guess is also telling of how the weeds of humanity is flourishing when the rest of us is suffering.
On social media we see video clips, screen recordings of the radar maps from the weather services, how rain clouds crossing the border from Slovakia and evaporate as soon as they cross the border to Hungary. Who is doing that? I guess there are more nations than US that has HAARP equipment to manipulate weather. We see planes crisscrossing the sky leaving chem-trails behind. Maybe that is the TPTB’s pressure on Prime minster Orban and his stance against EU and the Russian Oil boycott they are toying with.
Farmeres in Holland are protesting and farmers from Italy, Poland, Germany are joining in. They see what is happening and won’t agree. How did we get to this place?

We have seen the pro-abortion crowd protest the turning of Roe vs Wade. They fight for what they believe in. What did the Church do?
The Church stood by when they banned prayer in school. The Church stood by when God was chased out of our courts and the public square. The Church stood by when they enacted Roe vs Wade. The Church stood by and watched while 60 million babies was aborted in US, perhaps as much as 500 million in total for the planet.
There used to be Christians in public positions, governments, schools, institutions, police etc. That seems not to be the case any more.
The result is that the societies at large turned their backs on God, and that created a spiritual vacuum. A vacuum that has been filled by Evil. An Evil we see on full display in our Governments and institutions.
That is what we see today. No more! No less!
God has allowed this to happen. Why?
The Church where there used to be thriving revivals and spiritual growth, has become social centers where God has long ago written the word ‘Ichabod’ — ‘The Glory has departed’
The church at large is spiritual sleeping if not dead. There are of course some exceptions, but they are the odd and tricky ones, and they are few and far between.
We the Church have to look at ourselves and examine ourselves. We must humble ourselves and repent, individually and on a corporate level, as Daniel did when he repented on the behalf of the Israelite Nation and their ancestors, when they been taken captive to Babylon.
Oswald J. Smith, a Canadian minister wrote in his book, The Man God Uses, ‘We have to realize the utter bankruptcy of the human race.’ Hard words, but true. Oswald was right when he wrote that.
So, what is the remedy?
Again, Oswald has the answer (paraphrased). ‘The Gospel is the remedy. There is no other. You and I must realize that and never turn to anything else. This must be our only message. Any other cure will be inadequate. God’s Gospel is man’s only hope. We the ‘Remnant/true Church’ of Jesus Christ is the only one that have the solution, and our solution is the Gospel. There is no other.’
But, how does the message of the Gospel reach out to the populace? The Gospel Peter preached on the day of Pentecost, when the crowd was cut to their heart and repented. His message was, ‘Believe in Jesus. Baptize and receive the Holy Spirit.’
The nominal church won’t preach it. The only places they can hear the Gospel preached, is the odd and tricky ones which isn’t easy to find.
You have reported on a projected number of Vaxx deaths into size of 700 millions. Horrible amount! The last numbers of Vaxxed on the globe, was above 2 billions and counting. That could be a quarter of Earth’s population. If that is right, we are staring at the fourth seal of Revelation.
Why does God allow this?

Wayne, I agree with what you had to say and would add that as we look at Rev:6 and the opening of the first seals, they tell us what is happening and that we are in the END TIMES NOW. The last seven years with Christ coming for us with His Angels in the middle and then God’s Wrath begins for the last half. 60 years ago, I never thought I would see it yet my mother did and I may see the signing of the peace treaty for those seven years and NOT have to go down before I go up with His Angels. Greg, I hope nobody misunderstand what I’m commenting. The links I have provided, are to suspicious observers youtube channel. Ben Davidson has run this channel since 2013. Davidson’s work describe what’s going on with space weather and how that influence on weather on earth as we have a rapidly decreasing magnetic field around the globe, letting more radiation, electro magnetic forces through to earth, which will be more prevalent as the magnetic field weakens, unless, as Benson says, ‘others get’s us there first.’
That doesn’t conflict with Dane Wigington’s work which describe how the ‘others’, TPTB, are destroying precipitation causing drought many places, including where I live in Hungary, Europe. Reading Revelation 11:18, we see that God’s word refer to those who destroy the earth. TPTB is destined to be judged by God, when that time come. But what happens in the meantime? What about all the millions that soon will discover that the water is gone, farming is gone, food production is gone, gas is gone? They may not be gone all at the same time. About a month ago the EPA stopped a desalination plant from being built near the Southern California Coast. They claimed it would hurt the environment. Those creeps even divert the snow pack melt from the High Sierras into the Pacific Ocean, and prevent it from flowing into our farm lands. The EPA claims they need to protect the snell snail. The Pacific North West continues to be the antithesis to this story. The banks of the Columbia river are flooding in some areas. The location of fireworks on the 4th July in Wenatchee had to be moved as the normal launching area was underwater. All irrigation canals that provide water for the orchard industry are full and distributing water across the region as per normal. Growing up in Michigan, and knowing the vulnerability of the water resources here. Vulnerability being expressed by the nafta agreements as water as a commodity.
The Ijc – international joint commission is a a commission of all boarding states and provinces around the five lakes. When nafta was first launched the Chinese wanted to bring tankers here to export this water. Texas in one of its droughts at that time wanted a pipeline south.
Once the water here is taken out of the basin commercially it it’s deemed a commodity and can’t be stopped based on restriction of trade. So far the international joint commission has been prevented this loophole from happening.

The areas of the western US in question are naturally drought prone areas, especially California and the southwest. Fact is, the 200 years leading up to the year 2000, were some of the wettest in millions of years. They were a huge anomaly, versus long term history. So they are now well into their historical norm. Keep in mind there were no humans that were living in these areas much before 200 years ago. So the humans who did settle there and multiply, basically have sucked the area completely dry, and extended that sucking of water into many other states and regions, sucking those dry as well. Power generation in particular consumes billions of gallons of water, especially for all the combined cycle power plants run by natural gas.
I don’t think any weather mods were needed at all, to help the drought along. Humans accelerated this situation, and drought begets drought once it gets entrenched into the continental ecosystem. It will be impossible to replenish these areas or get them out of drought. People in these western and southwestern states need to move out and relocate soon. The worse part is this will impact our entire food system, as so much produce is grown in these areas, thanks entirely to man made irrigation. You wanna know why gates has been buying up farmland, and it ain’t been any in the west or southwest. It’s all been where there is a natural abundance of water. It’s simple economics. He exited the bathroom and began firing at 5:56 p.m.
At 5:57 p.m. Dicken began shooting at the attacker, causing the attacker to attempt to flee back to the bathroom, but he never made it. Instead, he collapsed to the floor.
Dicken had fired ten rounds at the attacker, hitting him an unreported number of times, causing the attacker’s death.
