The White House failed to issue a Good Friday or an Easter proclamation. No small matter when he’s issued statements on Muslim holidays and holy days. It’s not something one notices, I suppose, until it doesn’t happen. Then one is momentarily stunned at the lack of such a proclamation. Easter is the universally recognized Christian day, the fundamental basis for Christianity. It’s not like he missed making a statement about a minor religious holiday. It’s THE Christian day. I think it’s quite strange that the WH did not release a proclamation about Easter.
