Massive Foreclosures after Election-Fabian Calvo

By Greg Hunter’s USAWatchdog.com

Fabian Calvo buys and sells a $100 million worth of distressed mortgage debt and property a year.  He says, “We haven’t even scratched the surface of being at the bottom of the housing market.”  Calvo runs a company called TheNoteHouse.us and predicts, “. . . massive default and massive foreclosures after the election.”   Calvo is an outspoken critic of crony capitalism on his “Fabian4Liberty YouTube channel that has nearly 2 million views!  Calvo says, “You have to flush out mal investment to get the economy working again and to rework the Constitutional Republic, you have to flush out the criminals who have hi-jacked it.”  Calvo contends, “There is systemic fraud and corruption” and sees firsthand how “. . . banks are profiting from short sales and foreclosures.”   Calvo thinks there is an even bigger financial meltdown on the not-so-distant horizon, and it “. . . will center around the repudiation of the dollar as the world’s reserve currency” and that food and fuel prices could “triple.”  In 2013, Calvo predicts, “The next President will inherit the economic calamity that is coming.”  Join Greg Hunter as he goes One-on-One with Fabian Calvo

Thank You Greg, MR Calvo was very interesting. I agree with him 100 percent on the housing market. However, because of high unemployment the price suppression by the bank on the maintenance pricing structure has led to a 25 percent reduction in contract prices.

What ever you buy to preserve your wealth there in one thing to remember…”If you don’t hold it; you only own paper”

      Thank you Mitch and George.

WOW! Another reason to prosecute the bankers and the people in government that approved this deal at the expense of the tax payers and the home owners.
Banker’s reap obscene profits and I have to pay for it! This is criminal.
Keep on reporting and have this guy back!

Greg, the only real question I must ask here is: If The United States Government defaults on its massive debt obligations….what in the end is the real collateral that will be used to satisfy that debt? It was none other than former Congresman James Traificant that boldly stated on the Floor of Congress- just what it is! I look forward to your response and of course from your informed folks that visit your site-

Greg, Great interview! It’s nice to have real people with hands on experience share their thoughts and ideas. This guy’s credibility is outstanding because he works in the very areas you were questioning him on. Theres no doubt in my mind he’s going to be very accurate on his foresight for this economy and the future of our country.

    • Greg

      Thank you Rod.

    Greg
can we create a debate with people like Fabian and have the real issues tabled. Create this debate on a network that is not affiliated with the establishment (not sure if there is such a thing).
The real issues are not getting to the masses under the current communications.

Interesting, seems your guest is, like many, benefiting from the hurt of the tens of thousands of homeowners who were displaced by the banks. I guess the people must give him a pass when the collapse comes since he both benefits from the hurt of the people but is also giving advise of some sorts to move into hard assets. The problem is once you lose your home and small business you probably don’t have any money to move into gold and silver or another real property home. Its remarkable how many “don’t tread on me” Americans are buying a bank owned properties and renting it back to other displaced Americans at slumlord prices. If and when the collapse comes many Americans will remember who helped the banks do the American people in. In my mind they need to be jail buddies with their co-defendants in crime, the bankers.

    • Greg

      Art,
You might say that but Calvo is doing us all a big service speaking out and letting us in on what is really going on in the real estate market. Your point is well made and well taken though. Thank you for making it here.

GREG, the other night I had a dream from the lord,we were high in the mountains in a small stone cabin that was very old, us guys were just standing around looking out the windows waiting to eat a turkey the women were cooking,( 2 women and six guys),(I didn’t know any of them)we were all very hungry and as the turkey was being set on the table in the living room, someone came running in the door “yelling”there’s trucks full of troops coming up the mountain,we all ran outside and sure enough 3 trucks full of troops were haftway up the mountain road coming our way,we ran out into the woods right away(I did notice,we had no cars or trucks in the drive)AND left dinner on the table, after we ran into the forest the dream ended…………..

    • Greg

      AZ,
I hope your dream doesn’t become a future reality. Thank you for sharing.

At this point, the can has been kicked down the road as far as it can go and neither candidate can prevent the crash from occurring.

I suggest that voters should cast their vote for the presidential candidate they like the least, since that ‘lucky’ fellow will take the blame for the unprecedented crash that’s imminent.

Why don’t we all stand up and demand full moratorium on foreclosures? How could our gov file a law suit against the bankseters for MBS a.k.a. as BS securities, and still let those banksters steal our homes every single day?! That’s insane

while for those who illegally sold these mortgage to millions, profit still play the major role, at the other hand, the people are losing everything while banks submitting fraudulent paperwork to our courts…

this must stop – demand answers, demand the standing – here are the links to the radio program from Foreclosure Fraud and Its Victims: http://boston67.blog.com/inthemedia/

also, here is the link to CBS Atlanta segment on foreclosure fraud, where county register of deeds states: “My registry is a crime scene!” – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=svS63XBfK8Y

Why do you keep referencing a lawsuit for $43mil when it involves a crook looking for a quick buck before he goes to the pookie? Mitchell J Stein is facing up to 15 years in federal jail, he has a civil lawsuit against him with the SEC, and he was sued by the CA Attorney General. Lets not forget when you look up his bar number he’s not eligible to practice law. He’s sitting in a bankruptcy court in Florida. This lawsuit sounds just as crazy as the one when he sued his former partner after they tried kicking him off the now defunct mass joinder lawsuit. I do believe his former partner proved Mitchell J Stein listed people’s names who had no idea they were suing anyone. This Spire Law Group hasn’t even had a website past a year old. They are not registered on the Secretary of State website in California. People are already struggling. Is it necessary for a dime to hype up a “firm” when the “firm” doesn’t have much of a super lawyer presence and they have no record to back up the information on their web site.

    • Greg

      Marc,
Neil Barofsky pegged the cost of the coming bailout of the banks at North of $27.5 trillion not long after the 2008 meltdown. I don’t think it is a streach to now peg the loss to America at $43 trillion. These guys sols liar loans, packages the loans into securities, got the “securities rated AAA when in fact they were “toxic.” When the whole thing blew up the bankers committed forgery, perjury and fraud on the court. Not a single financial elite has been prosecuted. (1,000 were successfully prosecuted in the aftermath of the S&L fraud.) The Fed pumped out $16 trillion in free money globally and you want to throw dirt on Michael Stein and Spire Law Group? Really? Who do you work for? You are worried about truth and justice? Please stop. The lawsuit is filed in the United States District Court in Brooklyn, New York (Case No. 12-cv-04269-JBW-RML)

    Massive foreclosures after the election?

Wow – sometimes I look back at how utterly wrong these predictions are and just laugh and laugh and laugh.
