 Former Wall Street money manager and financial analyst Ed Dowd of PhinanceTechnologies.com has been forecasting “Danger of Deep Worldwide Recession in 2025.”  It looks like his thesis is turning out correct.  He predicted interest rates would be declining.  They did.  And inflation has been going down right along with the economy as illegal immigration was being stopped and deportations ramped up.  Dowd says, “Our friend Joe Biden spent anywhere between $500 billion to $2 trillion to bring these people in and set them up.  Now, that’s all going the wrong way.  Trump has shut down the border crossings, and as deportations heat up, that will only add to the problem.  There will be a lot of supply, and prices have already started coming down in certain regions, and that is going to accelerate.  Inflation is going to be coming down.  Chairman Powell is dead-ass wrong.  Tariffs are actually deflationary, and he’s holding rates higher for longer.  That is going to end up being a big policy error.  We think interest rates have peaked for the year. . .. Scientist and inventor Weston Warren is back with a warning about the so-called Black Star or electromagnetic anomaly that has entered our solar system.  It’s slow moving, and it’s an event that only happens about every 4,100 to 4,300 years.  Warren says it will get close to earth but will not hit Earth.  Still, this Black Star will cause Earth changing damage.  Black Star throws off electromagnetic power that can affect the iron and nickel molten core of the planet, reshape continents and threaten all life on the planet.  Right now, we are seeing increased volcanic activity in places like Indonesia, Italy, the western US and Hawaii.  Warren says there is no doubt the Black Star is creating intensifying volcanos, earthquakes and extreme weather all over the world.  Warren says, “There are over 1,500 volcanos, and 64 are active as we speak.  That’s 30 more volcanos since our last interview 2 months ago. . .. Two weeks ago, legendary financial and geopolitical cycle analyst Martin Armstrong was signaling a big turn toward war.  We all know Ukraine is out of control with no peace deal in sight, and now the Middle East is blowing up too.  Armstrong says, “I think Trump has been kind of snookered into this . . . Precious metals expert and financial writer Bill Holter has warned there is a long list of financial trouble coming to America.  There is massive unpayable debt both on and off the books, huge fraud and waste uncovered by DOGE and a Fed that looks like it’s lost control.  Holter calls the financial system a “hyper-levered house of cards.”  Now, you can put a fast-escalating war between Israel and Iran at the top of the list of things that can go really wrong.  Holter says, “Mathematically, there are so many strings on this rug that are being pulled on that we are going to have a financial meltdown.  Look at the LA riots going on, and now they are planning riots all over the country . . . Legendary financial and geopolitical cycle analyst Martin Armstrong is back with another update on his big turn toward war with the fast changing on-again off-again peace negations between Ukraine and Russia.  Armstrong had been predicting for months there would be no peace deal in Ukraine, and the war cycle would turn up in May and again at the beginning of June.  That happened with the massive Ukrainian drone attack on a strategic Russian airbase deep behind its borders.  Reportedly, 41 Russian military aircraft were destroyed.  Armstrong and his “Socrates” computer proved spot on—again.  The White House says President Trump knew nothing about the attack, but others did and did not warn him.  Armstrong says, “I checked with three separate sources, and everybody says, no, Trump did not know about the Ukraine drone attack on Russia. . . . Renowned radio host, filmmaker, book author and archeological dig expert Steve Quayle is adding to his list of warnings for the world.  America’s economy may be improving slightly, but the rest of the global economy is dire.  Look no further than Japan’s exploding interest rates on its massive unpayable debt.  The country’s interest rates went from 0% to 3.5% in a very short time.  The article says, “Japan is becoming a case study in what happens when investors lose patience with massive deficits.”  Billionaire investor Ray Dalio is sounding the same alarm about US debt in what he calls a “critical situation.”  Quayle says, “You cannot keep heaping on debt and keep spending money when you don’t have the money to spend.  I think what Mr. Dalio is saying, and even Warren Buffett is selling $325 billion of Berkshire’s assets, they are telling you something.  For the record, Warren Buffett’s father was a bigtime gold bug. . . . Analyst and financial writer John Rubino has a new warning concerning Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” making its way through Congress and Moody’s downgrade of US debt.  The Big Beautiful Bill is going to explode the debt by $20 trillion in the next 10 years, and the credit downgrade has people like billionaire investment fund founder Ray Dalio worries about money printing to pay the $1.5 trillion in interest on federal debt.  Rubino warns, “The story with Moody’s downgrade isn’t that they did it, that they moved the US from triple A (Aaa) to one notch below (Aa1).  It’s kind of insane that a government with 125% of GDP has an investment rating at all.  Right?  They are clearly baking a gigantic currency crisis into the cake.  Ray Dalio gets it right.  (more…)
