AI Revolution — Job Killing & Life Changing – Hajnen Payson

Hajnen Payson is a highly valued internet search and marketing expert. He’s worked for companies such as Experian, UFC, LifeLock/Norton, international banks and big companies that hold government contracts that require top security clearances. Governments and companies around the world are rushing into Artificial Intelligence (AI). Some big names are hiring Payson to navigate the pathway to incorporate AI into just about everything you see, touch and feel. Payson explains, “This, right now, is the very beginning of the AI Revolution. I work with industry peers, executives and marketing experts daily. Half believe that AI integration was not as bad and won’t be as bad going forward because this year was not a disaster. However, the other half believe it was a disaster because they experienced department cuts and hiring freezes all due to AI. In fact, I have a good friend where her son was denied work as an intern this summer before college because AI took the job.”
Payson goes on to say, “If we look at this and say what should younger people do? There is no easy answer here. We are at the very beginning of the AI Revolution, and that is exactly what this is. This is no different than the Industrial Revolution. This is going to be a time where we are changing. This is just like Google revolutionized what happened in search . . . AI is going to revolutionize everything. The difference is there will be no sector, no category that will not be touched by AI. . . . For decades, businesses cut cost by offshoring and outsourcing . . .. In both cases, people still did the jobs. This time is different. AI does not hand the work to another human. It deletes the need for humans in entire categories of work. This shift will be bigger, faster and more permanent than all waves combined.”
Payson brought some real-world sources to back up what he is finding. Payson says, “The International Monetary Fund says 40% of jobs globally are exposed to AI. In advanced economies like the United States, 60% with some jobs being replaced or complemented. . .. The World Economic Forum forecasted by 2030 AI and other tech will displace 92 million jobs . . . Even the US Treasury Department released a report that says 25% of US workers will fall into highly exposed job categories.”
In closing, Payson says, “Geoffrey Hinton is considered the grandfather of AI, and he is also a Nobel Prize winner in physics. He resigned from Google in 2023 so he could speak freely about AI, which he could not do while working for Google. He compares the dangers of AI to nuclear weapons. . . . Sam Altman is the cofounder of Open AI, and he said that AI could cause lights out for all of us.”

Humankind doesn’t possess the high morality necessary to be responsible for the powerful, modern technology. Humanity is simply just incapable of handling this power. And make no mistake about it. These innovations are very, very powerful. Much too powerful.
Look at the exponential expansion of this dangerous stuff in only the last 75 years. As each year goes by the speed of development increases. Development outpaces man’s ability to properly cope.
And think about this for a moment: take, for example, the simple pocket calculator. I remember when the pocket calculator became ubiquitous. As the years went by the average person’s basic math skills evaporated. The little pocket calculator replaced human cognition.
And in the final analysis is mankind really any better off surrounded all of this high-tech? Are we smarter? Are we healthier? Are we safer? More secure? Happier?
The Amish are living longer, healthier and have better family cohesion than the general public who get vaxxed, carry smart phones and regularly eat out at McDonald’s. Think about that.
Yes, I want modern advancements, e.g., antibiotics, electricity, modern sanitation to name a few. The problem is that the general public is too undisciplined to benefit from our modern age. And the world leaders are just too unscrupulous to be in charge of powerful technology.
The bottom line is that Satan will use AI to further his own selfish interests. And there will be no shortage of world leaders, state leaders, local leaders and leaders in every field who will trade their souls for Satan’s temptations. Look at what Walt Disney has become. Walt Disney is Satan Incorporated. All of the modern advancements of Walt Disney has only better served Satan.
The pocket calculator dumbed down our children. But that was nothing. AI will destroy the future of our young people, e.g., their minds and morals.
The good news is that God’s Kingdom will put an end to this insane world and replace it with a system wherein everyone will have meaningful work, a happy family life, and a safe and secure future. Nothing but the very best for humankind is what Almighty God and His Son want for everyone. And God’s Will shall be done. Count on it.

The solution to all the job losses from AI will be Universal Basic Income and that is what the World Economic Forum has been pushing.
I have been following AI and took notice of it with a segment Glenn Beck did on AI, several years ago. It’s about 15 minutes long and it’s based on a book he read and did further research on the subject of AI. In the end if AI, transform to SAI (super artificial intelligence), then that is bad. At that point, AI is learning SO fast that it decides, no longer needs us.

AI, is coming as well as crypto exchange and there is no stopping it. Does anybody out there have good insights as to AI -ETFs that have the potential of being monumental plays moving 5 years out. Don’t get me wrong I’m a 100% believer in holding physical gold and silver but investing in AI -ETFs sound like a sound move in diversifying one’s portfolio.

I don’t know about an AI EFT. But i have been enjoying a gold miner ETF- JNUG. Most of have heard of GDX and the GDXJ- this is supposed to track the J. Interestingly the two GDX’s have some overlap of companies and there are some silver miners in there also. What i have is a derivative product and not for the faint of heart. I have very aggressive positions, and have gotten more so as a larger portion of monies are ‘house money’. I have sold at a couple times, only to see the up move continue a couple days later and so i got back in. The miners are having an epic run, and as long as the gold and silver moving averages keep going so will the miners. This looks like a once in a lifetime run of PMs. What really concerns me is if this run keeps going, the public could realize the truth about our financial system and the dollar- its just an accounting scheme, and then loss of confidence. If we see gold cross 10k in the next couple years- start buying food producing items and forget AI.
Greg, thanks for another guest with an important message! Depressing, but we need to hear it. In my computer programming courses in college, our instructors emphasized “garbage in, garbage out”. Now the emphasis should be “evil in, evil out.”. I have Google. The programmers for AI, in my opinion, are very “left leaning” and not patriotic. Conservatives need to be aware. Further, AI is not always accurate. I was searching for an article re Pope Leo criticizing the Trump administration and our immigration policies, especially deporting people who enter illegally. AI overview popped up and was talking about Pope Francis. I reminded AI that Francis is dead. In any event, we need to remember that AI programmers are good, or evil. Given enough power, AI could destroy us. Linda.

Am a programmer (retired) and noticed in many systems, those systems are only as smart as the people behind it making the rules.
Many agencies & corporations have many people pushing paper around. Of those people that ‘may’ introduce their own political, social or just having a bad day in how the form or process is completed. At least AI will take out the ‘human’ factor. YES it matters how its instructed to do that.
BIG danger is when the ‘system’ writes or modifies that system rules/procedures WITHOUT a human involved.
BIG advantage is the many massive mountains of data all around us that are getting taller every second. AI can help sort through it and yes it matters HOW its instructed to sort/look through it.

Hiring great people is extremely hard and you end up with less than ideal people (parasites, saboteurs, lazy people, etc.). Give me AI any day which would make my business thrive.

You just shrank your market. AL, i am a union journeyman pipefitter and have learned all sorts of hands on skills. It’s been a good career. There have some down times and thats why i picked up a couple rentals years ago, but now all that looks genious, and really i just wanted to work for myself a bit. I can tell you for sure that there is a shortage of young men getting into the trades. If he likes building things, models, playing with grandpas tools, engines, or some other get dirty adventure, he is a good fit for hands on trades. If i may recommend something;- have him go to some training centers and ask for a tour. It could be an actual school like a community college, a trade school that specializes in something like HVAC, or any union trade halls that have a training center.

1. Is STEM a scam? Kids are encouraged to study for STEM careers but we agree with your guest, these jobs will reduce significantly.
2. People who work remotely, some from home offices, still go out in society and mingle. Some visit clients for entire weeks. His statement paints a broad brush that is not valid.

Daniel 9:27 is mistranslated in most English-speaking Bibles when explaining the Covenant. BTW: Many Bible scholars agree with this.
The NAS says, “he will make a firm covenant”.
The NAS only used this translation of “gabar” this one time, every other time this word gabar is used it was translated as “prevailed, prevail, great, strengthen, become, conducts himself arrogantly, exert”.
The KJ uses the word “Confirm” for gabar this one time, every other time the word gabar is translated as: “exceed, be great, be mighty, prevail, put to more (strength), strengthen, be stronger, be valiant”.

That’s very interesting Greg and I heard it before, about the statue of gold sliver and Iron and the stone that was not cut of human hands out of a mountain that struck the feet of iron and clay meaning the iron like government but clay like people mixed together? It pictures our time. Like in bowling it will be the last pin standing, before its struck down. You’ve certainly jogged my memory. I did go to Sunday school but didn’t learn that there, but glad my mom made us kids go.
