DOGE Forces US Bankruptcy Reset – Bill Holter

Financial writer and precious metals broker Bill Holter is back with a new warning on the effects of the Trump DOGE team (Department of Government Efficiency). Everyone now knows of the huge unfolding fraud and waste being uncovered in federal government audits. It simply has to be done for the nation to survive, but what many are missing are the consequences of these audits that are unavoidable. Holter and his former business partner Jim Sinclair (RIP) laid out the US bankruptcy scenario nearly five years ago on USAW. The post was titled “Trump Win Offers a Way Forward After US Bankruptcy – Holter & Sinclair.” Of course, Donald Trump “lost” in 2020, and the bankruptcy button was not pushed. Back then, Holter and Sinclair said the US was going to go bankrupt. The only question was, would America get financially reorganized “under the rule of law or the rule of chaos?” The voters chose the rule of law in 2024 with the Trump landslide. Holter goes on to explain, “Mathematically, this is going to go down one way or the other. Either it’s going to go down through nonpayment or going to go down when they blow up the value of the dollar. They cannot pay the interest and debt back in current terms. . . . They would have to create more dollars, diluting the value of each dollar in order to pay the dollars back. The question is, does this go down under the rule of law or does it go down under the rule of complete fraud and corruption. . . . Look at the last days of the Biden Administration. Hundreds of billions of dollars going out the back door. All I can say is when this is over, people better be going to jail; otherwise, you are not looking at a true rule of law.”
Holter goes on to say, “DOGE is uncovering all kinds of fraud. This is what you see at the end of empires and even businesses. You see fraud at the very end when empires go under. The scope of what they are uncovering, just at this point, has been mind blowing. . . . The more DOGE digs up, the more the truth is going to come out and the more confidence is going to break. When confidence breaks with foreigners, that’s a big problem. Just this year alone, we have about $10 trillion in Treasuries rolling over. It’s $28 trillion in the next four years. There has to be an appetite for our Treasuries, and DOGE uncovering the truth is counterproductive to that. They are uncovering the truth, but truth hurts confidence. . . .DOGE, by doing what should have been done 50 years ago, and had we had real accounting, we would not have a problem. Now, you’ve got the system absolutely addicted to this cash flow coming out of USAID and all these different programs, and that is going to get shut off. It’s like throwing sand into a gear box. The system is going to grind to a halt, and that is going to lead to ‘The Great Taking.’”
Holter predicts, “When the system grinds to a halt, you see derivatives collapse, you see financial institutions collapse. Then, guess what, they take all your stuff. Under today’s laws, they do it legally.”
Five years ago on USAW, Holter and Sinclair predicted gold would be going much higher. Gold standing at more than $2,900 per ounce shows they were correct, but Holter says you ain’t seen nothing yet, “Gold is a thermometer that tells the health of currencies and regimes. At $2,950, gold is flashing the alarm now. The average person is not equating that to an alarm bell, but it is an alarm bell. People are using gold to get out of the system. When all is said and done, you are going to find out there was fraud everywhere. You are also going to find out that all these crypto currencies are the perfect accounting system for digital air.”
In closing, Holter says that when you consider the massive amounts of trillions of dollars of unpayable debt, gold could easily be revalued to more than $100,000 per ounce in a reset of the financial system. Holter says, “This would reliquefy central banks all over the world. I don’t think you would have central banks all over the world complaining about that.” Holter says silver could be revalued upward to thousands of dollars per ounce in a financial reset as well.

Yup, what Bill just said, that has been my concern as well that it can cause things to collapse. I have been saying for years that the global financial, monetary and banking systems have been held together with superglue and duct tape. And Egon Von Greyerz had the derivatives at 2.4 quadrillion which is an insane number by itself. I have NO idea what that number looks like today. It’s got to be much higher !
The concern is that even though this is all needed the effects can create civil unrest and the Libtards and Progressives, blaming it all on Trump and his policies.
It’s not going to collapse. If you still own something or have just enough to keep making monthly payments, than whatever. The collapse has been talked about for decades. It will never collapse as long they can pay the average Joe just enough $ to just keep up with inflation. That’s the secret. Now you know. They can keep this crap-show going for decades.

Well year-ahead Inflation Expectations have surged by 30% (to 4.3%, up from 3.3% previously)! The average salary in the US (for 2024) was around $59,436 per year. So this means “To Prevent a Collapse” each American needs a $17,830 dollar increase!! To achieve this Trump is talking about a $5,000 Dollar “Doge Dividend” + The Elimination of the “Federal Income Tax” (which at a 25% rate amounts to about $14,859 Dollars for the average Joe). Adding the two $14,859 + $5,000 we get $19,859 (amounts to a 33% increase)!! So, I guess “We Are Not Going To Have A Collapse” (if Trump manages to come through “with both” the Elimination of the Federal Income Tax + the Doge Dividend!!

Trump and DOGE is looking at privatizing the USPS service. Kash Patel is looking to move thousands of FBI agents to do field work in various parts of the country as some believe he plans to shutter the FBI building in Washington or perhaps NY.

Gold always goes up when Bitcoin goes up. Then, when people sell out of crypto they can go online to any precious metals dealer and use crypto to buy coins and bars, avoiding taxes, thereby driving the price up higher. I always wait for a several months after the crypto crash to buy metals. It’s been a crappy game for the past 12 years.
Crypto has been attached to markets since the beginning. Go back and look at metals, stocks and crypto charts and you will see the trend immediately.
There is so much more going on than meets the eye. We’re are being played.

England is moving massive amounts of gold into America due to our higher valuation. You will see gold and crypto jump this spring, or, this summer. Either way, they are both going higher. Buy Bitcoin, ADA, LINK and ETH. Sell when it starts to drop. But sell into more Bitcoin.
Bitcoins 500 day high average hits in summer of 2026 if I remember. Maybe Spring. just go back to Bitcoins low and add 500 days. Be ready to dump everything into DOGE about that time and then when DOGE starts jumping….sell everything into a stable coin and then start drawing your money out.

Im not sure Bill understands the relationship between crypto currencies and the unstoppable blockchain revolution. Yeah the blockchain is an upgrade of the world wide web, still in it’s infancy much like the internet in the late 90’s and there are lots of bad actors but there are lots of solid companies developing the crap out of the newest real world apps, that incidentally users need to pay their way to access the chain using the native tokens also called crypto currencies. When Trump announces the new US Bitcoin strategic reserve seemingly any day now, or possibly when financial institutions go all in as adoption accelerates, also seemingly any day now, the roof will blow off as FOMO drives the token values out of the solar system. It is definitely a very strong likelihood so I have positioned myself to ride that rocket ship.
However ever since the gold revaluation speculation began I also believe theres a strong likelihood that gold and silver will blast off too so I have been adding a substantial position in them as well.

You have a handle on this not being a linear move. Bill Holter in the why (Y) move -cause and effect. Trump allegedly in 4d . I‘ will suggest it’s in the Cartesian coordinate system which makes all things in form to happen. It has x,y,z and c in the movement of creation, with incrementals of u,v and w in the x,y,z and c in movement. This will include the Tangients or polarities and their incrementals.
Unfortunately these moves encountered bad material, (people etc.) and worn out objects (assets, debt etc.)
Simply put there are so many variables that must occur for things to work and operate successfully. Robotics, computers and machines can’t function without this, nor man and civilization It’s not one thing that makes it all work, all variables must be considered for things to succeed.

a) A theory about the Fort Knox gold: Trump / Elon knows that the gold was moved elsewhere, and they’re announcing in advance, providing time for the perpetrators to put some or all of it back. (Explains the physical leaving London?)
b) They “audit” the door seals at Fort Knox. That in no way assures that the gold inside has not been encumbered / re-hypothecated.
c) Wondering (hoping) that exposure of fraud overall, and an audit of the Fed, will provide the public support for eliminating the Federal Reserve.

Let’s Look at the Numbers!!! According to the US Mint, current gold holdings at the US Bullion Depository at Fort Knox is 147.3 million ounces. The amount of Bitcoins currently in circulation is about 19,697,650 (assuming total Bitcoin supply is kept capped at 21 million there is only 1,302,350 Bitcoins left to mine)!!. Now, with Trump saying he wants the US to be the “Bitcoin Capital of the World” the US will need to purchase “at least” 51% of all the Bitcoins in the world (or about 10,710,000 Bitcoins)!! Obviously the US “can’t do that” by just buying the Bitcoins that are left to be mined. So, Trump will have to go into the Market to purchase the Bitcoins he will need (10,710,000) where currently each Bitcoin is selling for $100,000 Dollars. The cost of buying 10,710,000 Bitcoins at $100,000 dollars each is $1,071,000,000,000 (or about One(1) Trillion Dollars)!! Currently, the “Book Value” of all our Fort Knox Gold (now set at $42.22 per ounce) is only about “Six(6) Billion Dollars”!! So, Trump will have to “re-value” all our Fort Knox Gold (currently worth $6 Billion) to be worth “at least” $1 Trillion Dollars (if he intends to buy a 51% stake in Bitcoin) but that’s assuming the Bitcoin price does not rise in price!! This means, all our Fort Knox Gold (147.3 million ounces) has to “at a minimum” be Re-valued to $6,788 Dollars per ounce!! Or about “double” what Gold is currently selling at, which means Silver should “also double” to about $65 to $70 Dollars per ounce)!! I thought it was just near us, there have been 5 public suicides in the past month, and one suicide attempt. Ages ranging from 12 and up, several of which were teenagers. Self inflicted gun shots, murder-suicide, and and attempt jumping off a parking garage.
Clearly, something is rotten here, MRNA kill shots manifesting in mass suicides? This isn’t normal.

There are all kinds of variables here. Gold is measured in troy ounces, not avoirdupois ounces. It’s more instructive to convert to grams. One traditional avoirdupois ounce constitutes 28.35 grams and a troy ounce constitutes 31.1 grams. A troy ounce is 8.8% “bigger” than a tradition avoirdupois ounce. Therefore, a troy ounce has more gold in it than a traditional ounce, and has a correspondingly higher value. We would need fewer troy ounces for the same valuation. In the 8.3 “ton” example, and I have to believe those are traditional, avoirdupois tons, as opposed to metric or “long” tons in use in the US since 1975, because at the time of the repository’s construction (1936) and inception of service, the US was on the standard system. Construction of the vault at Fort Knox was necessitated by FDR’s 1933 executive order banning private gold ownership. Although many complied with the ruling, it was technically not enforceable on the citizenry, as executive orders are not laws, until they passed as statutes by Congress, and either signed by the president or the veto is overridden by Congress. . I was glad to see Bill Holter questioning if Trump is actually part of the deep state and the definitive answer is he is.
Trump was handpicked to run in 2016, lose in 2020 then be brought back in 2024 to finish the job. That being said, Trump is just a tool of the power elite and not an actual insider with any real power or influence. He does what he is told and does not dare step out of line. Case in point- the FBI director wanting most of the DC staff out in the interior of the country. Is that in preparation for mass civil unrest in major cities? Both the UNITED STATES Corp and the U.S.A. Corp were forced into bankruptcy — the UNITED STATES underwent Chapter 7 Involuntary bankruptcy; the U.S.A. Corp has been in Chapter 11 Reorganization for three years.
One corporation is in receivership to the other, so that to resolve the Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the Chapter 7 bankruptcy must be settled first.
This is just a further complication to an already complicated scenario which requires Donald Trump, as Receiver, to conduct an audit of all departments and agencies of what remains of the Federal Government.
The question is, will the cost-cutting from downsizing and dissolving of departments and agencies and firing of large numbers of federal employees and the cancelling large amounts of odious debt be enough?
And at what point does it become necessary for the Trump Administration to speak to us, the actual people and government of this country?
Obviously, Elon Musk had reason to think that cutting a trillion by July would be enough to squeak by, and he is already well on track to cut two trillion by that date — so the odds are good that the U.S.A. corporation will survive.
The further question is, will Trump’s redevelopment scheme — bringing back industries and investments to this country via imposition of tariffs and other measures stimulate enough growth and jobs to balance out the impact of the loss of approximately 1.5 million federal jobs and a tanking housing market?
And how well will tariffs work as a source of government income compared to the “traditional” but still illegal and unlawful taxes and mortgages these brigands have sloughed off onto the actual owners — their Employers?
Between a rock and a hard place is how we would describe it.
Much of the debt that the UNITED STATES accumulated was Odious Debt — a debt created by means of fraud of which the victims are unaware and from which they do not benefit. This debt can be cancelled, and all indications are that Donald Trump is wasting no time doing so.
The question is — how much Odious Debt is there, and how much cancellation will the Trustees of the dual bankruptcies allow?
Beyond that, the greater question is — to whom are the debts of both the UNITED STATES and the USA corporations owed?
They are owed, first and foremost, to us, the American people, and secondarily to all the other creditors they have amassed.
These corporate managers have things sorted out so that when one corporation goes bankrupt, the other corporation acts as Receiver, and the American Public gets stuck paying the cost of the bankruptcy. They go bankrupt in tandem so that the assets of both corporations are protected from creditors during their hand-off procedure.
The receipts of the first bankruptcy (UNITED STATES) pay off the debts of the second bankruptcy (U.S.A.) and we get stuck with the remainder of the debt — but wait, doesn’t that mean that we also are credited as the Priority and Preferential Creditor?
Yes, it does mean that.
These operations are planned out years in advance and the Bankruptcy Trustees are hand-picked to guarantee maximum profits.
The problem is that the process gets artificially stopped in the middle and never progresses to the point of settlement with the actual owners and Preferential Creditors.
Think of it in terms of the various public trusts that have been established by these legal fraud artists in our individual names.
The Municipal ESTATE Trusts of DONALD FITZGERALD RAMSEY collapses into the Territorial Estate Trust of Donald Fitzgerald Ramsey, and there the process stops, because nobody concerned in this constructive fraud scheme wants to admit that there is another whole layer of Preferential Creditors to be served and another whole public trust system to be reorganized and liquidated: the American Infant Decedent Estates have to be returned to the Americans they are owed to.
If you extrapolate this same process across the board you will soon realize that absolutely everything in sight, including the public trusts and all the corporate franchises and assets belong to the American people — not the British Monarch.
We are simply being discounted and defrauded in this process by those claiming to “represent” us; and, the actual Law and bankruptcy of the U.S.A. Corporation is not being pursued to its logical conclusion, simply because the Brits wish to retain control of assets and resources that aren’t theirs.
We are calling upon all nations and agents and principals to recognize that the ultimate source of everything that these Pikers claim to own and control belongs in fact to the population inhabiting the land and soil of this country, and not to our hired employees at all.
It should also be recognized that they don’t represent us in this matters.
Our actual representatives are all Fiduciary Deputies, not politicians and not mere proxies operating as “representatives” of shareholders in a pair of perpetually bankrupt corporation(s); all our Public Offices require solemn oaths and liabilities, whereas their private corporate political offices make a mockery of this, leaving the placeholders unaccountable and their “trustees” acting as Executors de Son Tort.
This time, the Municipal Corporation is being totally liquidated and the British Territorial Corporation headed by Donald Trump is standing faithfully in queue, waiting for the hand-off. As Trump and Musk struggle to meet the demands of the first bankruptcy and to also control the second bankruptcy of their own U.S.A. Corporation, they’ve been thrown an additional curve ball: the issue of our gold.
Literally, our gold and silver which has been trafficked “offshore” for safekeeping by the United States Navy beginning in the 1870s, and our silver and gold which has been “borrowed” by the Federal Reserve since 1913.
Notice is being given herein of what has happened.
The Federal Reserve organization began forcing legal tender laws on the population of this country in 1913, when they started issuing “Federal Reserve Notes” — I.O.U.s. This was further exacerbated in 1934 with the establishment of an exchange rate of one such Note per United States Silver Dollar.
They had already traded paper for gold during the Greenback Scandal, now they traded paper for silver.
These banks thus became our Debtors and defrauded us under force — getting something, our labor, our goods, and our precious metals in inequitable exchange for paper promises to pay at some later date and in an unstated form.
To this day, Federal Reserve Notes which have been given a private monopoly as the domestic currency of this country, are not Negotiable Instruments. They have no date for repayment of the “loan” and do not state any particular form of repayment.
This represents one of the greatest frauds in human history, and those responsible for it are still trying to avoid the consequences of their actions and still trying to institute an even more egregious fraud scheme to replace the existing fraud.
The paper Federal Reserve Notes can’t just be erased like numbers on a computer ledger, and they provide evidence of the debt that is owed — no wonder the Perpetrators are trying to get rid of them and replace them with digital “representations” of money.
This whole bag of worms is in addition to all the convoluted “reorganization” of our employees’ bankruptcy and the confusion they have created concerning who is who and who owns what.
In their zeal for collecting more collateral backing their spending, they have grossly misrepresented their Employers and seized upon their Employer’s assets and identities in Breach of Trust.
This situation has to be addressed and the scheme related to it has to ended once and for all; the “long lost” Americans and their lawful Government is owed all right, all title, and all interest in all assets of the land and soil of this country, and are owed all their assets at sea, and in the jurisdiction of the air, too.

I was in Bosnia in 1996 for 6 months, and spoke to a lot of locals, who unfortunately could not speak good English, but what I gathered all in all was very frustrating and confusing for them. The conflict was a great example on how things can get totally out of hand when regions of nations are unbalanced and egos are paramount. Politics, ethnic groups, economics, land rights, all together in a turmoil ran its course in a cruel very sadly finish. I hope peace and harmony for the region, as I found this part of the world fantastic in all aspects.

I realize you only have so much time, but there are MAJOR factors left out, that directly, and almost forcefully, led to the dissolution of the Former Yugoslavia. These elements did not lie within the borders, namely, the western powers.
When I first deployed to Macedonia in early 1994, we too were given a broad-brush explanation as to why we were there.
6 months later, we soldiers of the US 1st Armored Division, found ourselves in one of the most contested regions of Republika Srbska, the Posavina Corridor. On the ground, we learned from the perspective of the People “there”, in Bosnia, Croatia, and Serbia.
I feel you did a fine job of covering some of the internal problems, but maybe consider piggybacking a separate episode explaining how the rest of Europe, and especially the Untied States influenced the divide.

It wasn’t too long ago that meds like Ivermectin were impossible to access for most of the US population, unless you wanted to use horse paste. Now there is a company where you can buy them (sure they are a little pricey) but if you want them, you now can get them unrestricted. I bought some but have not used them because I don’t trust the ease of access. Could something be wrong with those meds that they are making so easy to get nowadays? Where are they sourced? Is anyone else concerned? Have you looked into this, Greg?

Very late watching this & posting here due to illness. I have heard that it makes no sense to audit Fort Knox unless all the places that are “supposed to” have the U.S.’s gold are simultaneously audited at once. I believe there may be four places—not sure. The reason auditing at the same time would be required is that gold could be moved from one place & then counted at another by stealth were it not the case. I heard Mike Mahoney say that he is more concerned about what is or is not at the bottom of the Fed Building than he is about Fort Knox.
