Deep State Could Pull Plug on Markets – David Morgan

Precious metals expert David Morgan says the prolonged sideways price of silver is what bottoms look like in the precious metals market. Morgan explains, “This market has not moved for a very long time . . . Silver bottomed in December of 2015, and, yes, we have gone up and down and up and down, but the overall lows have been higher lows, which is the definition of an uptrend. Silver and gold have started a subtle uptrend from the bottom in 2015, but it certainly has been slow and tedious and back and forth. I coined a phase, ‘silver will either scare you out or wear you out.’ We are in the wear-you-out phase. A lot of people who were believers at one time have become non-believers. The markets have worn them out, and they have moved on to something else.”In the bond market, Morgan fears low interest rates spell danger. Morgan says, “The most important commodity in the world is oil, but the most important financial asset is the U.S. Treasury market . . . this is key, and what is so unbelievable if you think about it, the one asset class that is supposed to be the safest is the U.S. Treasury market, and it’s the least safest. Something that is supposed to be unsafe like silver and gold are the safest. The Treasury market does not have several thousand years of history of being money. All fiat currencies have failed in the long run. . . . The dollar has lost 98% of its buying power since 1913, and the Fed is supposed to have a stable currency policy. Well, they have failed miserably.”
On the success of President Trump and the ongoing war with the so-called “Deep State,” Morgan contends, “If the “Deep State” gets pushed into a corner much further, they can basically pull the plug. That means the stock market could come tumbling down, and then they could blame the Trump Administration. . . . If you are losing the chess game, you just get up and turn the table over and the pieces go flying everywhere. That is a metaphor for a war. That’s a metaphor for crashing the stock market. That’s a metaphor for crashing the bond market, and it’s a metaphor for it happening on its own. I am concerned that if you win, you lose. This is why the unraveling is being done extremely carefully. . . . I am not saying it is going to happen. I am saying it could happen. These people are so used to winning a rigged game, if they start being caught, and they have been caught, then they are going to do things that are not necessarily predictable. They are not going to act in a rational manner. They are going to do anything possible to protect themselves. You cannot rule out the possibility that they will turn the table over and that’s it.”
This, along with many other reasons, is why Morgan says, “You have to have physical gold and silver in your portfolio to be truly diversified and protected.”

When CQG inked a contract with the Chinese it spoke volumes about how huge this market will be for them. The biggest shocker is,that China will accept any other currency for payment? Why would they continue to use dollars? I’m not making a prediction but Lanette Zang is calling for a market collapse before the 29th. It has to be tied to this event. David Morgan says that there are people who sold silver at the lows and made their money back and more by investing in Bitcoin. It is fair to point out that some people would also have lost money on silver, sold it and then bought bitcoin at the top and lost even more!

Therefore, I would recommend buying small gold coins, which given tungsten’s hardness and lack of malleability, mean they are harder to counterfeit than large gold bars which lack intricate designs and have only flat surfaces and straight edges.
I don’t believe that there is another metal with the same weight as silver. If this is true that makes silver coins harder to counterfeit than gold as silver plated copper will have a size or weight discrepancy.
Whatever you do, don’t buy silver. Buy nice safe assets like Snapchat and LinkedIn stock, or bonds that pay 2%, or save cash that’s lost 98% of it’s value. Silver is just a pet rock. Don’t listen to “silver bugs”. (That way there will be more silver for me to buy at a 90% discount and squirrel away. Hehehehe!)
Other “safe assets” are the Venezuelan paper currency which has an inflation rate of 7459% … or digital crypto currency now heading toward zero!!
Remember how Trump just signed an Order allowing him to seize the assets of criminals worldwide (and making it a National Security Issue) … do you think “dealing with criminals” would be grounds to seize your assets along with the cryptocurrency manipulators? … seems to me crypto currency is “less safe” then even the Venezuelan dollar … the Journal of Monetary Economics discovered that “a single trader” drove the price of Bitcoin from $150 to $1,200 during a two-month period in 2013 (on the Mt. Gox Exchange which collapsed a year later after a theft of $460 million was discovered) … now if “one trader” could drive the price of Bitcoin up 8 times (from $150 to $1200) … a “second trader” could have been driven the price of Bitcoin up another 8 times (from $1200 to $9600) … don’t let “uncontrollable greed” get you to risk your family’s life savings in a crypto Ponzi scheme that only two (or more) crooks could be manipulating … getting involved with such criminals can’t put all your hard earned money “at risk of seizure” under Trumps new Asset Seizure Law!!
GOLD AND SILVER IN HIBERNATION
Precious metals are range bound unless a major shift occurs in public confidence in government. So far, such an overall change in attitude has not really taken place. Many have high hopes that President Trump can “turn back the clock” and Make America Great Again (MAGA). What this catch-phrase really means is jobs, pay raises, and more prosperity at home.
If President Trump’s public policies result in perceptible economic improvement for most of the general public, then he has a second term “in the bag”. If not, we have another election and president, that’s all. A successful President Trump means a successful, confident America.
Hardly the makings of a bull market in either gold or silver. Its probably going to be a very long wait for die hard gold bugs like David Morgan to see gold or silver go up significantly. A sustainable trend in precious metals is years away (2032). Its hard to sell something nobody wants at a relatively high price.
Unless the US tackles immigration it will never be great. It will end up like Egypt or Brazil.
To the contrary,
Gold is moving into the new monetary system and not away from it.
It is backing ALREADY the digital currency including bitcoin, and when the shift takes place the mask will be removed to only find that we had all along the mother of bull market of gold but behind the veil, comex is the old dying system mask.

I wish Morgan would’ve have commented about the effect of simply enacting the naked shorting rule, like they have for every other market, in for the PM markets and a lot of this manipulation goes away . We would still be left with the mass negative sentiment towards metals, but enacting the shorting rule would go a long way imo towards a somewhat real market.
