Venezuela Is a Very Dangerous Enemy – Alex Newman

Journalist Alex Newman, author of the popular book “Deep State” and the recent best-selling book called “Indoctrinating Our Children to Death,” is out with a new ominous warning about the military operation going on around Venezuela. This is way more than a counter-narcotics operation as the President of Venezuela is head of a government criminal cartel called “Cartel of the Sun.” Newman explains, “I grew up in Mexico and Latin America, and what is happening is we are watching the total communist takeover of the entire region. It has been aided and abetted by people like Joe Biden, Obama and George Soros. Let’s start with Venezuela. You cannot tell the difference between the cartels and the government. “The Cartel of the Sun” is run by the leaders of the military, intelligence agencies. Nicolas Maduro, who got in by voter fraud, is the head of that cartel. This cartel is worth more money than anybody can fathom. It has diplomatic immunity and smuggles drugs using military and government airplanes. Oil is another huge money maker. . .. This is not your run-of-the-mill corruption. . .. In Latin America, they are all part of the same thing. The cartels and government are essentially the same thing. You also see this in Mexico very clearly. You can’t tell where the government ends and cartels begin. The communist Chinese and the Russian government are critical players in this entire process. They have been from the beginning, and I have been covering this story for 15 years.”
So, when you see stories such as “Maduro Urgently Seeks Military Aid From Russia & China With US Bulls-Eye On Venezuela,” you should realize there is much more going on than meets the eye. Newman goes on to say, “This is so big, and you will not be able to piece it together by reading fake news in the fake media. . .. The Trump Administration knows this is much bigger than a counter-drug operation, but for whatever reason, they have chosen not to talk publicly about this. The drug cartels are a problem . . . but this is not about the drugs, it’s about the communist movement. The drugs are just a mechanism to bring in money. . .. What we are facing in Venezuela is a very dangerous enemy. They did this 50 years ago, and fast forward to today, they are doing it again. Once the revolution kicks off, they expect that the Russians, communist Chinese, North Koreans, Cubans and communists in Latin America will each occupy a piece of the United States as it is brought into the new system. They intend to establish a network of reeducation camps.”
What happens to the people that will not go along with the communist takeover? Newman says, “They will liquidate us, they intend to exterminate us, and that is tens of millions of Americans. Bill Ayres was the founder of the terrorist group The Weather Underground that wanted to overthrow the government of the United States. Barack Obama started his career in the living room of Bill Ayers. The real problem with the drug cartels is the profits are being used to build a totalitarian network that fully intends to enslave everybody in this hemisphere, and they intend to destroy the United States of America. Their assets are positioned all across this country. . .. The Venezuela tentacle is going to be a critical part. We are going to see the assets they have positioned all across our country unleashing hell on earth. I think this is why . . . the Trump Administration is so vigorously trying to track these guys down and get them out of the country. It’s absolutely essential that they do this.”
Newman also points out that the Venezuelan government is involved in voter fraud all over the world, including the 2020 US election. Yes, the Trump Administration knows this too.

I agree with Alex Newman that Venezuela is a dangerous place and enemy. I listened to an interview on The Duran with Mr Garland Nixon and he too is familiar with and has visited Venezuela. Mr Nixon describes Venezuela as Vietnam on steroids. According to him it’s population is armed to the teeth and ithe layout has mountains and places where the enemy can strike.
Greg, if I can make a suggestion, Garland Nixon might be a good interview.
I have not watched the interview Rodster mentioned. I have watched quite a few interviews on the Duran channel.
They seem to be pro Russian. They also seem to think good things about Iran. Maybe, Mr Nixon said some things that align with what Mr. Newman said. Maybe he is unbiased – I don’t know. The fact he spoke on the Duran might not be the best recommendation for him. I would suggest listening very carefully to what he said on the Duran and maybe, to other sources, before inviting him for an interview.

USS Connecticut was damaged after she collided with a seamount??? while maneuvering in the South China Sea in 2021. The US Navy is repairing the submarine, work began in 2023 and a planned repair time frame of 43 months, returning to service in September 2026.

I believe he is very intelligent and doing a remarkable job, especially considering the forces working against him. In California, President Trump stands in the way of politicians whose goal is to completely trash our once beautiful, prosperous state. In the past year, 120K businesses in the L.A. area have closed. Many have moved to other states. No longer paying taxes. California is broke!
Burdened with illegal immigrants, who have more benefits than American citizens (L.A. recently cut $50 million from essential services in order to pay rent and other expenses for illegal immigrants.) His father slammed him into military school for 6 years to escape the draft and it worked. He graduated just after the war. Slammed was the key word for their relationship. this is off subject, but I just wanted to give you an update on something that happened yesterday. A lot of folks I know, particularly from different churches both on the East and West coasts have either been dying or coming down with some horrific and rare diseases. In a casual discussion yesterday some of the folks I know were saying they believe this is from the 2020 Scamdemic vaxes and have even asked their doctors about this. Some of the weasel medical providers are sheepishly admitting to them that “yes, there is probably a connection”, yet these are the same “professionals” who advised them to get the shots. I feel for these people who are so sick, but I am also very glad that they are now awake.
I share this with you because again, I want to thank you for being brave enough to sound the alarm from the beginning. HOW THE MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS CAME TO “OCCUPY CALIFORNIA”
I recall the first mention of illicit marijuana growers in Northern California was covered in a 1980’s CBS News report entitled: “Tension in the Grass” with the late Charles Kuralt. It was a good investigative report that documented how professional marijuana growers took over the Trinity National Forest. They burnt down the Big Bar District Ranger Station on Highway 299 near Weaverville, CA.
The Shasta-Trinity National Forest rebuilt it once and the growers burned it down again. The Forest Service abandoned the office and moved the entire staff off forest to the town of Redding, Calif. This was an early beachhead.
The Federal government never really had the necessary enforcement resources and will to put a stop to the domestic drug operations when it could once have been “nipped in the bud”. It’s way too late now to stop it at home or really anywhere else. President Trump can and will slow it down outside the U.S. in the Caribbean and other Latin American nations for a few more years. “Drop in the bucket” kind of operations. However, President Trump can tamp-down the drug cartels for a time.
The first time I personally ran into the Drug Cartels was while going on a day hike North of the Town of Cloverdale, Calif. on Highway 1 in 1995. I pulled-over and noticed a green pickup truck with the logo “California Fish & Game”. I mentioned where I was headed to game warden and wildlife biologist, Ed Ramos.
Ed Ramos strongly advised me not to go for a hike offroad, as cartels were known to be growing marijuana in the area and he warned me they booby-trap the surroundings and will shoot you on-sight if you get too close to their weed. I decided not to take any chances.
Fast forward 30 years to 2025 and you might find out independently that the Cartels now control many rural areas in Calif. It goes completely unreported, except for a few exceptional outlets, such as “California Insider” series on YouTube.
Actually, unofficial revelations by select L.A. County Deputy Sheriffs and plain old word-of-mouth from friends (my plumber) who have ventured into the California desert “outback” communities such as Pearblossom, Calif. or in rural Kern County. Make no mistake, these areas are now dangerous to intruders, being U.S. citizens and recreationists.
My narrative is intended to clarify how the Mexican Drug Cartels have already “invaded” the U.S. since the early 1990’s. So, it’s no longer recreational drug users such as “Cheech and Chong” growing some weed for their own use and for their friends. Those days are long gone.
The affluent Middle Classes on the L.A. side of the Angeles National Forest don’t want to know about it and don’t really much care, just so it’s NOT IN THEIR BACK YARD (NIMBY). There is no immediate threat from drug cartels in Southern California suburbs at this time. In-fact, at 70, I don’t expect to live to see the day the cartels take-over my hometown either.
However, I do expect to see further official corruption in places such as L.A. County and the one party, Democratic State of California where bribes are paid by cartels through middlemen (lawyers) to “look the other way”. I now suspect the drug problem has grown much worse since 2000.
There probably won’t ever be an armed cartel invasion by Mexican Drug Cartels who invade and occupy whole states lock, stock, and barrel. Rather it’s a process of gaining influence and political power incrementally. You won’t see a veritable Chuck Norris fighting the good fight in a movie like “Invasion U.S.A.”

Yes, We really need to bring back the incandescent bulbs. The cold LED lights are junk imo. When I heard they would be phasing out the old incandescents I bought up bags full and still have many stored up in the attic. I can’t stand the new bulbs, they give no warmth. With the traditional bulbs one could place them in a well house or chicken coop in winter to help keep from freezing or to warm animals. They also give off such a nice warm glow in the home; so much better! As with much of all the new technology- it’s mostly a bunch of crap wrapped up in pretty packaging and sold to masses of fools who accept it. As Nancy Reagan once said, and others like CAF and Alex Newman echo on critical issues it is high time we all “Just Say NO”.

Root 2: “God is rigid, waiting to punish.” The lie: “I’m perpetually failing.” Truth: Jehovah’s loyal love is abundant; he forgives, instructs, and lifts (Psalm 103:8-14; Micah 7:18-19). A harsh caricature of God manufactures shame-driven identities. The Father’s correction is restorative, not humiliating.
Root 3: “God cannot change my story.” The lie: “I’m stuck with my past.” Truth: By the ransom of Christ, Jehovah proves he is both just and the One who declares us righteous by faith (Romans 3:24-26). The cross, torture stake of Christ is not decorative; it’s decisive. Your past is not your master when Jehovah is your God.

The battle of names: Whose voice defines us?

True name: “Formed, called, redeemed, taught, and kept.” Jehovah speaks identity through covenant tones: “I have called you by name; you are mine” (Isaiah 43:1). He etches identity in relationship, not performance.
