I thank you for placing the truth of the grand banking fraud succinctly in an arena that all may peruse. You have distilled the banking psycho-babble into what most can understand.
I would urge you to research the persistent decades old engineered trade deficit with the Chinese, the Petro-Arabs, and Petro-Persians. The leader of the Persians has stated the end of United States will come soon. While I realize a grand conspiracy is suggested I also am old enough to know that “Just because you are paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you”.
Americans have lived well beyond their means for decades by borrowing from other nations. I do not believe in coincidences. Litigation over 25 years has shown me coincidences are an extreme rarity. The deficit bill has come due and the government-banking complex having squandered what was borrowed must inflate the dollar to attempt to pay the bill and also implode the economy to stop the persistent ruinous annual trade deficits caused by non-productive consumptive retail economy.

Been seeing this for so long, seems they want us to be serfs once again, bowing to the lords and ladies of this world. Americans used to be curious and some what defiant. It seems now most are rather, passive,believe everything they are told and so self absorbed that they do not even bother to think of anyone else but themselves. The government for the most part serves Wall St and the ultra wealthy. We are losing our democracy and our prosperity. It seems as if we have been in a class war for decades and only one class is fighting. The majority of the American people for the most part, to be blunt, need to pull their heads out of their asses get some air, think, and grow a spine. Worried about the future of my children and my nation. This dad is not happy, with the government that is supposed to represent him, his family and his fellow Americans. They have ceased to do so and must be held accountable.

The assault on and decline of the middle class was foretold by the founding fathers as the behavorial and mathematical outcome of central banking (read Federal Reserve). If you think the nation is hurting now just wait until inflation kicks in! I doubt if we will even be permitted to own an opinion then!

I have always doubted Global Warming in its basic concept. I refer you to Chemistry 101 and the Law of Consevation of Matter–You can neither create, nor destroy matter, it only changes. Are we to believe that the Earth cannot recycle its own matter? Anyway, that’s my take on it and that will never change.

I found your column about Uncle Sam covering for BP quite interesting. Full Disclosure: I am a professional oilfield geologist.
I and many other colleagues have been angered by many things about this mess, not the least of which was the loss of the lives of the 11 Louisiana oilfield workers on the drill rig. Most oilfield people I know are proud of what they do.
A problem in the domestic petroleum industry is the greying and retirement of the old hands. These are real survivors. It should be emphasized that anyone that managed to stay employed (more or even less, but at least sometimes) during the last 25 years is a real trooper. For 20 years after about 1982 it was not easy to retain employment in the oilfield and many very good people were laid off (including me, but I found another job after some more university to upgrade my obsolescent tech skills).
The nation preferred to buy or conquer petroleum rather than to look for it. I think it still does. I have a geologist colleague who was laid off as recently as 2005 after working across that span. The “oilpatch” was gradually coming out of the rut for about the last 5 years and “enjoying” higher petroleum prices when the wheels came off the economy (It wasn’t our fault – we don’t print the green and peachbacks!). The surviving companies were starting to add staff cautiously when it hit the fan in July, 2008. We were beginning to see a few more “kids” around the industry. The companies are now very wary and not committing funds unless forced to and then only on high percentage projects. Getting a permit to drill wasn’t getting any easier either (before the BP mess).
The upshot of all the foregoing is is this, oilpatch people are pretty pissed at BP an we don’t think they are “too big to fail or pay damages for that matter – we beleive in responsibility.

Just want to say “Thank you!” for reporting the truth and sharing information and knowledge for those of us with inquiring minds. I discovered you because of CoastToCoast. We need more investigative journalists with integrity and a passion for telling us what MSM won’t.
I haven’t watch TV in over a year now as I got tired of the “propagenda” spewing out of it and I have been educating myself by reading/listening to the numerous internet independent media resources. It’s changed my reality and how I see the world. I also realize how important it is to prepare for the coming changes – physically, emotionally and spiritually. It can be a little scary but also very empowering. I think TV is a huge reason why we don’t have a more informed citizenship here in the US. I humbly consider myself wiser about what’s going in the world than my colleagues with MBAs, MDs and PhDs.(LOL)
It’s also nice of you to respond to all your readers comments.
How can I find out what other shows you appear on? I don’t see anything on your website. Am I missing it? I’m happy to sign up for your newsletter if you include this info. I’m unsubscribing to many newsletters due to in-box overload but will make an exception.

Hi Greg, heard you on Coast to Coast this Sunday. I was with Countrywide who then was taken over by B of A. I called B of A who told me Fannie Mae holds my loan. I called them but they refused to tell me who holds the Promissory Note! So, where do I go from here?
My home is in Arizona. Would appreciate any advice you could offer.

The Promissory Note proves ownership and that you are paying the rightful owner of the mortgage. Your next step should be to talk to a qualified real estate attorney in your state. This is a giant mess with no easy answers.

Appreciate your response. I have spoken to qualified RE attorneys to no avail. They told me that they are not having any more luck than the individual homeowners. I’ve been calling Fannie Mae and what a joke. The individuals I spoke with don’t even know what a promissory note is! I thought I’d file a formal complaint with the AG in AZ, but really don’t think that will get me anywhere. Are there any class-action suits that I could join? What other avenues do I have. Thanks!

This is why I have been calling this the “Biggest Fraud in History.” It is also the biggest financial mess in history. Make sure you find and keep ALL your mortgage records. Thant means find the original loan origination paperwork, kep all payment information, tax information, insurance information. There are going to be no easy answers or quick fixes to this problem. I am sure lawsuits are coming and soon. Thank you for your comment and please let us know what happens with your mortgage. One recent reader was offered a free refi from Wells Fargo after he asked for the Promissory Note. You think Wells wanted to create a new one? Thank you.

Not if it is held in MERS. (Mortgage Electronic Registry System.) Many in Congress, academia and mortgage world have been quoted on this site to back up my claim. Everyone needs to protect their wealth and that means you should have a core position in physical precious metals. i am not talking about an ETF or a gold stock buy physical coins. I DO NOT sell any gold or silver but I got so many questions on the subject I wrote a “How to buy” post. I do not know how much you have to protect but look at this as an insurance policy that never expires. THIS IS NOT A MONEY MAKING TRADE, and should not be looked at as such. I would also get my house and vehicle in very good repair. I would have some store-able food, I would cash out of the stock market. many people have told me over the years they paid the tax and penalty and have gone into other investments. whatever you do do not go deeper into debt or over extend yourself in any way. Having some cash on hand in small bills is also a good idea. Many say it will work really well for 3 to 6 months. We are headed for a crash, I just do know when. I do know it will not wait for the kids and grand kids. It is coming for us in the here and now. Please prepare. I hope this helps you.

What will it take for the majority of US citizens to stop sitting back in their Lazy-boys, continually swallowing the convenient lies which are being constantly peddled to them every day and night in the mass media (mostly TV news – ABC, NBC, FOX, etc.) regarding the state of the current world economies. “Things are not as bad as they seem”, they imply … they are dead wrong, THEY ARE WORSE and soon they will be getting much worse!!!

All of the life boats have long left our financial sinking ship (the US economy is in shambles with over $15 TRILLION in debt and counting), with the wealthy money changers of Wall Street and the other 1/10th of the one-percenters snug and warm rowing away to their safe havens, leaving the rest of US standing on the fantail of the U.S.S. Titanic!!!
I for one, believe that a revolution of sorts is brewing in this dear Country of ours and that it is only a matter of time before the rivets start popping from the fabric of this “Free society” the world has known for over 236 years!
The stage has been set for a national coup d’etat, with the recent approval of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act(NDAA), signed by President Obama on 12/31/11, for the suspension of our individual freedoms as we have known, so that the hidden powers that truly control our financial world can implement their will upon the citizens of the United States of America.
I for one am preparing for the worst (i.e. storing extra; dry foods, bottled water, other long term survival essentials) in anticipation that public services will stop functioning when things in our county and the world start to fall apart in the next few months.
We are in a very fragile world economy right now and it won’t take much to tip the economic scales to cause society to panic and fall into anarchy when things stop working (i.e. electricity, water supplies, grocery stores, gasoline, heating fuel, etc.) … as we are currently conditioned and expect that will go on uninterrupted forever!
I hope that I am wrong in my assertions listed above, however, I draw from many diverse news sources, including now yours, in order to try to make sense and decipher what is really going on in our busy world today. The forecast of the future of the current world as I perceive them are not promising and it appears that there are no “real solutions” to the state of the current world’s economic crisis nor any leadership that can bring solutions to bear.
Remember; “FOR WARNED IS FOR ARMED”.

The crash has been unfolding since the 2008 meltdown. At some point it goes into overdrive. Everything they are doing right not only slows it down but makes it much worse in the future.

Listened to you last night on coast to coast.Your a very knowledgeable man an we thank you for the service to this great country. Here’s part of a conversation with the guy’s down at the local coffee shop that my family an I overheard.Be prepared the best that you can be.Buy gun’s,an ammo,stock up on food and water.When TSHTF, if you have to, be prepared to bug out,if you can’t bug out, stay put an defend the homestead the best you can. Help your neighbors out the best you can. Forget paying off your debt’s? Save what you can out of each pay check if your working or your pension while it’s still around. Buy some junk silver or a few pieces of gold? Alternative power source. One fellow I heard state that his home would be a sanctuary for those in need. They finished their coffee an left. My family an I were left to digest what we over heard.So what say you? Is that a good plan? Is there something else we should try. As a former Scout leader I heard the words “be prepared” an I knew exactly what he an his friends meant. Would just like to hear the same kind of straight talk from a smart man like your self. I am a business/corporate lawyer in a deep Southern state that has faired better than others. But when those unemployment numbers came out the ither day I was enraged!! I am working with companies that are finding more ways to CUT EMPLOYEE HOURS AND WAGES!!!
How are these numbers possible. In my area no law firma are hiring. NONE. When law firms dont hire the economy is always bad, very bad.
Being an econ major I have decided to quit my job take about 12k and move to Chile where my friend says “you can’t believe this place”.
I cant afford a 15-20 year recession/depression. I know its coming, especially after what you said on Coast to Coast.

Hi Greg the Great–heard you on Coast to Coast Sat nite–finally another truth-teller since Dylan Ratigan went off the air (you said he was given a pink slip and I have always thought he was forced off).You scared the hell out of me as you put all the details together with your “What are you going to do whens—) And I used to watch Lou Dobbs (also forced off the air for telling the truth and questioning the multi-national corporations etc). Also I was enthalled watching Chalmers Johnson on Bill Moyers show, and the books he wrote: The Sorrows of Empire for one. I also tune into the Max Keiser Report, Gerald Celente, and Alex Jones. Now “they” want to disarm the citizens so we can’t fight back. Interesting that your website was shut down a couple of times and you not knowing who was behind it. The screws are being tightened—
