In his latest report, economist John Williams asks the question, “Did the Fed trigger the stock sell-off?” Williams answer, “It sure looks that way.  With all the heave selling, the bond yields were rising and investors didn’t like that.  Risings bond yields means someone is selling bonds.  The Fed was not selling bonds, they were not rolling over the bonds they normally wood. . . . There was a big drop in the amount of bonds the Fed was holding in the last week by about $10 billion.  That was the biggest weekly decline since August of 2012. . . . It was enough to put some upside pressure on the interest rates . . . and that was a trigger (for the stock market sell-off).  Normally, you don’t crash from an all-time high, not that it crashed, but you did have pretty heavy selling.  You didn’t see much movement in the dollar.  You didn’t see much movement in gold, and when this market really goes, I think you are going to see the dollar selling off very rapidly and gold being a flight to safe haven.”

Money manager Peter Schiff says the wild swings in the market are because of massive central bank money printing and exploding debt. What in the heck is going on?  Schiff explains, “The real question is what was going on when the markets were going up?  That’s what made no sense.  The fact that they are coming back down to earth makes a lot more sense.  I think the catalyst for this move (in the stock market) is, ironically, the tax cuts we got because that put the bigger deficits in the spotlight.  Now, the deficits are going to go off the charts because we have to replace the lost tax revenue with more debt.”

The FISA Memo outlining illegal and fraudulent spying on Donald Trump and his Administration is just the first round in the coming revelations. Before it’s over, America is going to be shown evidence that the FBI and DOJ not only committed crimes against an incoming President to try and get him kicked out of office, but massive crimes against other politicians it did not approve of.  The evidence will likely include spying on millions of Americans, and that will shake the Republic.  It will also send many traitors to the Constitution to jail.  The calm before the storm is over, and expect some wild things coming to America.

Author of “The Trump Prophecies,” Mark Taylor, predicted Donald Trump would win in 2016 and, after that, “there would be military style tribunals” to prosecute massive crimes in Washington, D.C.  With recent revelations of widespread corruption at the FBI and DOJ, are we getting close?  Taylor explains, “The whole push right now is people are screaming ‘release the memo, release the memo.’  When you have Congress that has read the memo, and they are saying this is going to be a nuclear bomb, that’s bad.  It’s worse than most people would think.  I have been on record for the last year and a half saying that when this stuff starts to break, they are going to have to be careful how they handle this because this could take down parts of government. A bombshell memo will probably cause the end of the Mueller investigation into the Trump Administration and the so-called Russian collusion story. New evidence, in the form of a four page memo, shows the entire case against the President and his Administration is based on a phony dossier paid for by Hillary Clinton. The President called this Special Prosecutor investigation a “witch hunt” from the beginning, and it looks like he was correct—again.

The main stream media is ignoring this story, but former Assistant Treasury Secretary Dr. Paul Craig Roberts once said, “If China started to sell U.S. debt, it would be the end of America.”  It’s a very big deal, and China is sending a very big message to the Trump Administration.

Analyst/trader Gregory Mannarino is not bullish on the US dollar, and that should worry the man on the street. Mannarino explains, “Inflation is going to be the theme of 2018.  How do we know this is going to be the case?  Let’s look at what happened to the dollar last year. . . . The dollar got melted down last year, and this trajectory has been going on for decades.  It’s just getting progressively worse, and it’s going to continue this year.  It’s amazing to me to think that anyone thinks the dollar is going to get stronger from here.  President Trump wants a weak dollar.  He wants to keep the dollar low in relation to other currencies. . . . The weaker dollar is stock market positive.”

Internet data mining expert Clif High says he’s “heartened by the positive nature of the information” he’s received in his latest report. Record high stock and bond prices are flashing danger signs to former Reagan White House Budget Director David Stockman. Stockman contends, “I don’t think we are going to have a liquidity crisis.  I think it’s going to be a value reset.  I think there is going to be a jarring downward price adjustment both in the stock market and in the bond market.  This phantom or phony wealth that has been created since the last crisis is going to basically evaporate.”

Looks like the GOP finally defeated its own candidate for Senator in the Alabama Special Election. The GOP could not stop Moore in the primary after spending $32 million, but it teamed up with Democrats and got Moore defeated.  Moore is not conceding, and plenty of people are saying there was voter fraud.  It’s a long shot that Moore could force a recount, but even so, a last minute court decision in Alabama allowed paper ballots to be destroyed after a winner was declared.  Some say that will make a recount next to impossible.  Congratulations Mitch McConnell, you got a Democrat elected in a 60/40 Red state.

Financial expert and investment advisor Catherine Austin Fitts says the U.S. Government runs on massive criminal activity. Fitts explains, “The U.S. economy is deeply dependent on criminal cash flows.  We’re the global leader in money laundering.  If we stopped doing that, the economy would be in for a major, major change. . . . The preference for most Americans is to keep that system going as long as it works for them.  So, it you are a public official, you are between a rock and a hard place.  If you press the red button and stop the illegal cash flows, then all hell breaks loose. . . . North Korea had another very successful missile test. This time it went 10 times higher than the international space station.  Secretary of Defense James Mattis says this proves North Korean ballistic missiles can now reach Washington or anywhere else in the world.  President Trump was quoted as saying “We’ll take care of it,” but didn’t explain what he meant.  Trump also said of the North Korean Missile launch, “It is a situation that we will handle.”  UN Ambassador Nikki Haley was blunter and said, “If war comes, make no mistake, the North Korean regime will be utterly destroyed.”  At the very least, more sanctions are coming for North Korea.
