Believe it or not, there are Palestinian Christians that live in Gaza. Yes, these are our brothers and sisters in Christ. We should all be praying for peace. Not defending crimes from either side. I condemn Hamas for killing innocent children and I condemn the IDF for killing innocent children. There is no excuse for killing one single child. And do not believe for a second that no children are being killed in Gaza when half the population there is under the age of 18 and 43% are under the age of 14.

However, I find Jonathan Cahn’s lecture/message about end times and the responses from the people very interesting because God’s true people are not supposed to be in the land because they are in captivity to this day. We are in the Gentile era and Jesus said in Luke 21:24 that the Children of Israel would go into captivity/slavery into all nations and Jerusalem would be trodden down by the Gentiles until the end of the Gentiles is over. So who are those people claiming to be Jews if God’s chosen people are still in the nations where they went into captivity/slavery?

How did you feel about December 21, 2012, the date on the Maya calendar that many had said would bring worldwide change. Depending on what you expected, you might have been relieved, disappointed, or indifferent. Was it just another incorrect prediction for you, or the end of your hope of a new world order?
So, what about “the end of the world” described in the Bible? (Matthew 24:3, King James Version) Some fear that the earth will be burned up. Others are fascinated by end-time scenarios. Many have simply grown tired of being told that the end is near. But could those be reactions to fiction rather than to fact?
“The world is passing away and so is its desire, but he that does the will of God remains forever.”—1 JOHN 2:17.
“The world” that is to pass away is, not the earth, but the world of mankind whose lives are not in harmony with God’s will. Just as a surgeon might remove a cancerous tumor to save a patient’s life, God will “cut off” the wicked so that good people can truly enjoy life on earth. (Psalm 37:9) In that sense, “the end of the world” is a good thing.

Is the end really near?

as a blog owner, you have every right to screen out crazy comments. No problem for me to understand. I made a comment that gave a different angle on the Israel Hamas conflict and it was not included. You didn’t like it. Certainly no factual error in the comment but it did not fit in apparently. So who is right, who is wrong? There is probably no truth, but my statement that Israel is now committing crimes against humanity that are disproportionate to Hamas’s terrible actions is now well documented – also by major media. You might want to scroll back and realize that Israel’s leaders had 39 weeks of mass protests before Hamas started their crap. What better way than to make a distraction – start a war. Hamas has in its charter to “Kill all Jews”. That is a fact. Here’s another fact: “Hamas is the cause of the innocent dying. Get Hamas to meet the IDF on the battlefield with their civilian population at their backs.” Simple.
Again, Hamas has caused all of this, and the coward leader of Hamas is reportedly on a plane to Iran.

Greg, fascinating presentation by Jonathan Cahn. I have read all his books. He is a true man of GOD. The ensuing comments and opinions reveal how far we have departed from GOD. From the beginning GENESIS 12.3 states that I will bless those who bless you(Israel) and whoever curses you I will curse, and all people on Earth will be blessed through you.
